We celebrated our son’s 6th birthday today. I arrived a few hours early to inquire if I could leave party items in the designated room to begin setting up. Staff checked with the on-duty manager, who confirmed it was acceptable.
When I returned 15 minutes prior to the scheduled party start time, I was informed that the room where I had left the items had been changed. This caused unnecessary delays as I had to relocate everything, set up again, and address several issues with our assigned party host.
Additionally, my son’s name was spelled incorrectly . I was informed that this was due to an error made by the booking staff.
We had paid for the VIP suite, which was supposed to be fully prepared before our arrival. However, we had to request water 25 minutes into the party, as it had not been set up.
Further, there were issues with the food service. I was first informed there was a communication error between the kitchen and the booking team, causing a delay. Food service was initially scheduled for 4:15 p.m., then delayed to 4:30 p.m., yet half of the food (the pizza) did not arrive until 5:00 p.m. (The party started at 3:30 p.m. and was scheduled to end at 5:30 p.m.).
During this time, I spoke with two or three different managers and several staff members, all of whom seemed to shift blame onto others rather than addressing the problems directly.
I was later informed that the kitchen had mistakenly prepared bone-in chicken instead of boneless, further delaying the food service. The correct chicken order did not arrive until 5:10 p.m.
Although the VIP suite package included a host to coordinate the event, we had to initiate gathering the children when food arrived and to organize the cake cutting. While the names of other birthday children were announced over the intercom, my son’s name was completely omitted.
Overall, what should have been a joyful and simple birthday celebration turned into a stressful experience.
At the end of the event, we were able to speak with Kevin Beaulieu, who took the time to listen and address our concerns respectfully. I am truly grateful for his professionalism. Unlike the other managers I spoke to throughout the event, Kevin was honest and did not attempt to dismiss or downplay the situation. He deserves recognition for his handling of the situation.
In conclusion, this venue needs to invest in staff training for birthday party services. Until improvements are made, I would advise others to reconsider investing in the VIP package—or any package—and instead opt for a simpler celebration elsewhere.
I spent more time speaking with staff about problems than enjoying my son's...
Read moreWe recently had a birthday party here for my daughter’s 7th birthday. The process to book a party was fairly easy Beth explained everything very throughly through email with package prices and what it includes and answered any questions I had AND also followed up with a call to triple confirm details before the party. This trampoline park has TONS of attractions fun for the whole family. My guest really enjoyed the park. The park itself is very new opened this month (March 2025) so they’re still getting the hang of a few things during check in/ Check out for parties, so give the workers some slack. I loved that the party room can also turn into a glow in the dark room with black lights, that was a feature I didn’t know they had until I got there! It was very cool ( you do not have to use it if you do not want to, you can just have your lights on) I did take advantage of the TV to play kids music on YouTube which was nice! Party’s do come with a party host. Ours was Manny. He was extremely well spoken, attentive and polite. He helped not only me but my guest with anything they needed or had questions about. So shoutout to Manny! They have a great team of workers at every attraction station, but that doesn’t mean leave your kid(s) unattended! It was very busy for a weekend but that was to be expected. It’s very easy to lose your child in the crowd of kids running around at this park. I did notice very long lines to get on some of the attractions, which is never fun for anyone I get it, but like I said the staff was as organized as they could be with a bunch of kids who didn’t have their parents around from what I seen and the lines… It did get hot overall in the park, I wish it was a little cooler especially on a day with so many people there, so keep your kids in comfortable lose clothing maybe even bring them in shorts on a busy day because they WILL sweat! This is my 2nd year in a row celebrating at an Urban Air (It was my first time in this new location) they did not disappoint I was very happy with the service they provided, I hope...
Read moreI have taken my family here several times since they opened and every time was a great experience, especially for my 3 kids. Their membership packages are an excellent value, we chose Platinum, being the very best, incudes free food and access to all of the attractions the park has to offer. This indoor park is clean, organized and all of the staff we encountered were great. The kids spent hours each visit doing all of the activities that they enjoyed and i always felt that they were safe and having a blast. I do wish there were more games in their video game section and better variety in their "claw/prize" games, that at $2+ I will say are a bit too pricey for me. Their food was good and enjoyed by my kids, but I do wish there were more employees helping out with orders so the line wasn't as long. It would be nice if there was a bigger and free locker area for securing your belongings (at least for membership holders) versus the cubby style shelves that is fine for shoes and clothing items. Free secure storage on the higher tier memberships would make them even more worth the cost!. So there is definitely room for improvement, but we are very happy to have this fun new attraction in our city and so close to where we live. We plan to make weekly visits and look forward to what else Urban Air comes up with...
