If I could rate lower than one star I would. We had our 3 year old with us, and wanted to order her some ice cream. We asked for the Cake Batter flavor, and luckily my girlfriend noticed something was off. She sampled it and it was some sort of nut based flavor. Luckily we are not allergic, but this should have been our red flag. We attempted a backup flavor of Campfire Smores but they didn't have enough. The worker attempted to make good by offering an additional scoop which we asked for coffee oreo. We were delivered a flavor that was neither coffee nor oreo, but something with chunks of apple in it. Again, luckily no allergies, but a lack of concern over the possible health hazard should have been enough to leave without purchasing. When we tried the "coffee oreo" and asked if there was a mistake with this flavor, the worker doubled down and said that it was indeed coffee oreo because "that's what the label says." Rather than make a scene in front of the child, I paid for the ice cream and we sat down. She ate a bit, but I could not shake the feeling of being wronged. While we sat, i overheard another customer complaining that the flavor they got was "not peanut butter." I went back to the window to speak with the worker and asked for a refund because we clearly were not given what we asked for. They made a large fuss and claimed that if "we knew the flavor was not correct why did we not say anything." I explained that we had mentioned it, and that the worker had doubled down. She then explained that she's not the ice cream person but the crepes person, which should not have any relevance to delivering the correct product. Super sad to see my favorite ice cream place from my childhood to now go so downhill, so fast. Not sure if there was a change in ownership but it is nothing like it was the last year.

Went to order my favorite (cake batter omg) and was given something that was vanilla with odd nuts in it? Thankfully not an allergy issue for me but if it was, that would have gone terrible. When I brought it up to the worker, was told it was cake batter. After tasting it and telling her it was not, she asked me to pick a different flavor.

So I did, and they had run out of it and needed to finish off with ANOTHER different one. So I asked for coffee Oreo, and was given something with apples in it??? When I said that it wasn’t coffee Oreo, they said yes it was. Argued back and forth 3 times, was told it was coffee Oreo so I gave up and just left with it (I had an impatient 3 year old with me who just wanted her ice cream).

Went back to complain and was argued with saying it was the correct flavors, after being screamed at - received a refund and had our picture taken as we walked away???? Totally inappropriate on all levels.

I can understand having different labels on the freezers as they run out of things and condense the product, but how does one over look a huge potential allergy issue? That’s a food safety issue and needs to be fixed asap with that worker. And also.. how does one see vanilla/white ice cream with chunks of apple.. and think that it’s coffee with Oreo? Have you never seen an Oreo, or coffee flavored ice cream? I’m just so confused.

Will never be retuning with my family again, and we’ve been loyal customers for almost 30 years. So sad to see it be run down from what it used to be. I know the original owner...

Little Roadies ice cream it's a small little ice cream place that is in Rhode Island has really delicious ice cream a lot of their different ice creams are unusual and not have heard of from by many of the people normally ice cream they have some vegan options they do have after change but that is to be expected by something that it's not me with actual milk also try the chocolate chip cookie dough ice creams actually really good the coffee is great the staff here are amazing they are really patient and understanding while I was here could not remember the name of the ice cream had them go through about seven different ice creams cool doing so granted granted it was a very difficult and a little bit of annoying I felt I was being but nonetheless they still kept it cool and still tried their very best to help me contacted my best friend to get the name of the ice cream and come to find out it was the first ice cream they had listed they're not realize it but with that being said these ladies and gentlemen if there are any other any other guys that work there are extremely kind and deserve nothing but the utmost best as far as a review and I cannot sit here and express myself on how grateful I was and I am still with how they dealt with the situation and how hand they handle it so for that they get a 5-star rating and they get a very long review I would have made it shorter but there is no way he's not to sit here and going to death and explain situation that I had put them in trying to figure out the ice cream these ladies are amazing owners are amazing I hope that this place is open so...
