Ok, i'm not putting 1 stars for the sake of it, KFC truely deserves this. They gave me the wrong order, delivered it 30 min late, they gave me 11/12 pieces of chicken - but i'm writing this because of their 'solution' their solution was: give him an apology and talk over him as he's describing the problem simply repeating the same question on the phone "is there anything else?" -lol as if there needed to be, and as i'm shocked that that is all their reply is, they simply continue to speak over me as i repeate (which none of that needs repeating to begin with) they talk over me simply asking with a sigh "is there anything else?" um.... You screwed up my order, you were late, you even were missing food, it arrived soggy and cold and we didn't eat it... "is there anything else?" um like are you going to do- "is there anything else" .... "no i'm all set, thank you for this recording" if you want the actual call, more than happy to share it with everyone- these guys are horrible but the only thing worse, i mean people make millions of mistakes, is the (NON EXIStANT/RUDE) customer service (if you can even call it that). I've never left a review like this- but i had to- my order number was 193247321 and my (completely bs 'case number') was 02874469 - i never waste my time complaining about something because my time is not worth it but for someone that owns 16 businesses, i asked them NOT to refund me $5 or whatever (less than the delivery fee) and the way they are going, they will need that more than me

Read moreI ordered from them on Uber eats for my disabled aunt and cousin. They can't really go out my aunt had a bad fall . I ordered 3 meals ,when we got them there was only one meal in the bag. I was so upset. Apparently the slips are not read properly because this is the 3rd time this has happened. If I wasn't there to fix it and go on Uber and try to get my money back, I don't know what my aunt would've done. I normally don't like to give a bad review unless something really difficult happens, but after 3 times and the same issue occurs, I believe truth needs to be told. The people that work there are very nice , good people.
