This company is all about money. They are liars. Their equipment is faulty. This whole thing is a complete joke. Ever since I’ve put this thing in my car, I have had complications and I do not drink. Because of one stupid night, I have been paying the price for six months now. Which I humbly understand and I don’t mind paying what I owe every month. But what I do mind about is cheaters and liars. That’s this company. I have always blown .000.. this is the second time this has happened to me within a month. I have been locked out of my car for no reason all of a sudden I get back in my car and it says I have 16 hours to get to my Mechanic Because I’m gonna be locked out. This happened to me a month ago I was out of state on a Friday again. The same thing is happening to me now on a Friday, When the mechanics not open until Monday. I have to leave at 4 AM drop off my car wake up my 76 yr old dad to come pick me up and then I still have to come back to another state to go to work for the weekend and have my dad drive me. And when I called them about this situation, they tell me they can’t tell me why until my car is unlocked. Then I asked them. Why did I get locked out last time after they hit me with $136 fee? They said I missed a blow, which is a complete lie. My car was parked for two days I get in my car. I’m driving down the street and all of a sudden it tells me I have 16 hours to get it to the mechanic. Now they’re gonna charge me another $136 on top of the $50 lockout fee and the $50 fee for my mechanic. This company is an absolute con artist, and I am filing a class action lawsuit. It has faulty machinery And then when you go try to get help from the people on the other end of the phone, they cannot help you. You just have to get your car to a mechanic to get it unlocked and then they will tell you why. Last time I had to call them three times to get a work order I drop my car off on a Saturday. My mechanic called them for a work order as well for the lockout. They never got the work order. She finally on Wednesday just recalibrated my car. So I could have my car back they do not help you. They just charge. You never told me why I was locked out and got hit with $136 fee. On top of the $50 fee that I had to pay my mechanic and the $50 fee for the calibration. Read moreSo I just finished having my home theater installed about 3 months ago and it is easily the best addition to my house that I will probably ever invest in. I went with a 133inch screen innovations ambient light rejecting screen with a Sony projector and a 3.2.2. channel kef speaker package that Sound Fx recommended. Also had a control 4 system installed that takes care of the lighting, roku, cable, gaming system and blue ray player. I worked with Mark who was able to design a system within my budget that went far beyond what I was expecting for the money I was spending. After tailoring our audio and visual package it was probably only a month or two before everything came in and Steve was able to come out and fully install and program the entire system. Both Steve and Mark were extremely down to earth. When you start looking into a home theater it becomes very apparent that the possibilities are endless and unless you seek out a professional you could easily over spend on a system that won't perform the way you want it to. For as much as these guys know about these systems I never once felt intimidated or nervous about any purchases. You would think these businesses would be more concerned with driving up your budget but I could tell Mark was more concerned with getting me the best quality products for my room for the money I wanted to spend. They explained everything and answered any questions or concerns I had in a way that eliminated any stress I might have had. I can say these guys made good on everything they promised. I looked into a few different shops before I chose to go with Sound Fx and I have absolutely no regrets. If you are going to spend the money I strongly recommend you give them a call and at least get a consultation. Read moreWe have an SUV and the previous owner told us that the factory remote starter wasn’t working. I still gave it a shot and tried using the remote starter to no avail. So finally, after a few years of owning the SUV we decided to have a new remote starter installed. We dropped it off at SoundFX Warwick last night and they were supposed to have it done the following day by 5:30 pm. We were shocked however, when we received an early call from one of the associates, Zach. He told us that there was no need to install a remote starter on our SUV because the factory starter was working. What we (and the previous owner) didn’t know is that there is a simple button sequence on the remote that has to be performed in order for the starter to work.
All this to say, we really appreciate the honesty of the SoundFX team. They could have easily just installed a new starter and not tell us about the factory starter working. We have had a few starters installed on other vehicles in the past at SoundFX Warwick, and we have always been pleased with their work. But today, they earned our trust. You don’t see this kind of work ethic that often anymore, but we’re so glad we got to see it today. We also want to give a big shout out to Zach!
