Hannoush has very nice quality jewerly. However, their customer service is pitiful. Weeks ago I had ordered a charm that gave me a date of Tuesday (4 days from then) would be in and ready. Tuesday passed and I heard nothing from Hannoush. Friday I called and they said it still wasn’t in but will be in tomorrow and promise to give me a call. Saturday passed with no call. It is now a week later and still no call. I get that dates don’t always work out, but for the love of god! Please just call your customer and explain this to them instead of promising dates and never calling them to keep them updated. Same Thing happened to my boyfriend with my Engagement ring. Weeks and weeks passed no phone calls. . My boyfriend then called and said it was ready, he goes to the store and picks it up and the diamond certificate is not ready, so he has to go back again! Hacks. I used my mother's engagement ring to propose to my wife 11 years ago, with the idea of her receiving her own diamond (sentimental). My wife wanted to replace the original gold setting with a white gold, so we purchased the new setting from Hannoush and had them reset the diamond from the 60 year old setting. Fast forward 10 years and I replaced the diamond ring (bought from Hannoush and overpayed). We brought my mother's diamond back to reset it into the original setting and were told that it was broken and would cost $200 to fix. The salesperson face dropped when I told her they were the ones that did the work and broke the 60 year old setting. She went over to her manager and told me they would fix it for $100 and were "losing money" doing it. They broke it. They should fix it. They lost more than money. Not going back there again. I had visited every jeweler in the Warwick area by Google Maps searching for a size 14 Tungsten Carbide wedding ring. I encountered many who said they don't make them that large in any brand, some asked for a deposit just to inquire with there seller and get back to me in a couple of days (!), or the prices were near to $900 with no guarantee of size availability. After giving up hope and heading home, I passed Hannoush and figured I would give it my last effort. AMAZING! Not only was the help wonderful and very informative about other "jewelers" but they had a beautiful selection of rings to choose from and guess what...any in a size 14!
