Bandit Taco — Restaurant in Washington

I’ve had this place several times and tho the food is great , flavorful i just find it crazy to sell tacos and not included salsa. Today i found a staple in my quesadilla. So i felt i had to write a review. Every time I’ve ordered which i would say this year maybe 10 times and after the first few time it happen i now know to always ask for salsa or you will not b given it even if you ordered tacos. Food is good and fast compared to other places. Staff is always pleasantly dry not mean or cheerful just kinda there doing a job at bare minimum.

— UPdate when we called to tell them about the issue they said it probably fell from when we opened our bag, mind you or bag wasn’t stapled as we order inside the restaurant, then the employee asked for our receipt we told then we weren’t given one and she said “ its common knowledge to grab your receipt for the order number’ but they took his name and callled the customers name when order was ready. Blame the customer 2 times for trying to to point out isssues...

Well, their tacos are pretty good, and their roasted vegetable burrito is quite tasty, but I just ate the most disgusting breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. The eggs were soggy, way too much cream/poblano sauce, and hardly any beans or potatoes. It was edible, but I will never order it again. Nothing compared to the breakfast burritos I had in Texas or Washington state. Now those were a treat. Staff are decent and kind. Sometimes they’re really busy (honestly great for them!) and quality/timeliness suffer. Kinda pricey for a taco joint. These are all judgements made by pre-pandemic standards and by someone who worked for years in the restaurant business. Why lower our standards if we’ve known better? Since the pandemic everything has gone downhill so much or has closed that I’m just happy this place exists, and I hope they stay open. Will definitely continue to eat there (just not from the...

This is to be my favorite shrimp taco place, but today, my order was completely wrong when I went to pick it up and the girl that runs the front was super rude. It's not my fault that your help got my order wrong. When it was brought to her attention that I ordered fried shrimp tacos (which costs more) 20 minutes in advance, and received chicken, she got an attitude with me. Very nasty. Then the shrimp had to be recooked because the order was rushed and the shrimp weren't fully cooked. Usually when I come, the owner is there, but today he wasn't and it showed.
