I ame here on a fast mission to get some minor grocery items for my house. I've been to this store a lot because it's close to my house, as well as, all of the other great places north of Georgetown. The first thing that I needed was milk, and although I couldn't locate organic milk, I went ahead and settled for the regular half gallon of whole milk. Orange juice wasn't located too far away so I picked up a gallon container of Tropicana orange juice. I ran out of granola bars some time ago, and I love to snack on those, so I got the Nature Valley oats and honey flavored granola bars. Then the final must-have was a loaf of Nature's Own honey wheat bread. I already have the peanut butter and jelly to make some great sandwiches. That was pretty much all that I could carry for my walk home. There were only a few shoppers in the store and I was able to use the self checkout quickly.

This is a very Disappointing target. Like I’m sure it’s great if you just want groceries or clothes and live in the area but the Toy department was absolutely pitiful. It’s almost as bad as the Rosslyn target which is Half the size of this store. And this is really disappointing because from the outside the store looks really cool, particularly with the big corner window with the giant target logo. I cannot recommend this store.

The worst Target I have ever been to. Constantly out of stock on many items over many separate visits. The worst offense is having a huge amount of personal care items locked up and employees simply never coming to assist. The shortest I've waited was 10 minutes and the longest was 15 before having to walk to the front and ask someone to come open it for me. Just for a $10 bottle of body wash 🤦‍♂️

If i could rate it a 0 I would. I lost my parking ticket. After maybe 10-15 minutes of walking around the store to look for it, I finally asked an associate for help to know what were my next options to see if parking could still be validated since I was in the store for less than an hour. I was told to speak with guest services. The guest services associate was deaf and unfortunately, we were not able to communicate. This is not why I am rating it a 0. This rating is based off of the fact that I was clearly looking for something around the store, and instead of anyone asking if I needed any help to see what I was looking for, the associates thought I was walking around to steal. Then when I went to security, I was told it was $26 to get out of the garage. Clearly that was the wrong information. I left the garage paying $6.50x I’ve worked in retail. If I truly had any intent to steal, why would you not counter that by offering even the slightest amount of customer service? Why are your crew members not well versed on the parking garage services you all offer? Also why I was followed around the store being monitored instead of being asking if i needed help? If you had enough time to follow me around, then you clearly had time to ask what was going on? Instead, LITERALLY every associate who followed me around chose not to help, but assumed the worst about what I was actually doing. If you don’t want to interact with customers, maybe let’s not have a front facing role that forces you to deal...

Honestly this is a small Target near my work and metro making it convenient. The handful of times that I was able to either get what I paid for, found what I was looking for without a problem, or wasn’t haggled down by homeless is slim. Using the Target app to do pick up? Your item only has 5+ in stock? Be prepared to not get your item. Would give it two hours. Come to pick up. Check the app. App says 5+ left in stock. Great. Only to be told to wait for the email. Email comes within a minute of that and says not in stock. Walk around and it’s there. It has happened MULTIPLE times to me. Logistically a mess. Customer service is severely terrible. Was told to just “cancel” and buy it again for pick up at another location. The double charge. I have given this location way too many chances. I would chalk it up to a one off instance but it has happened way too many times. If you pre-order things games...
