V T Nails & Spa — Attraction in Washington

For the record I got a Full Gel set with Gel polish.

On the positive side they were not very busy, but I wasn't exactly please with the service I received. The woman that did my nails was pretty snarky with he comments, such as rubbing her fingers together to signal me to pay before she even completed my nails they saying "money, money* quite loudly for how quiet the salon was. Now on to the work she did on my nails; she did not take the time to listen to the issues I pointed out to her throughout the appointment. One issue is that I had to continuously request her to sand the edges of my nails before she finally did. Another problem I have with the finished nails is that not only is a nail completely crooked (pointing NW when it should be pointing North like the rest), the underside of some of the nails are jagged and bumpy. All of these issues with the final product I received came after constantly requesting it to be fixed and her barely acknowledging the issues, being to priorized with payment. An observation is the polish used took more coats than I've ever needed for it to become opaque with made it feel cheap to me.

Everyone has their days so maybe she had an off day, but the service isn't cheap so I expect it to be high quality. Personally the service itself wasn't worth what I was asked to pay so I'd suggest going to a...

DO NOT COME HERE . Very dirty & unsanitary 60$ Pedicure starts off with no foot soak put in the foot tub like normal salons Just literally plain water the entire time . She then reused old tools ,(photo attached ) she picked all her tools from a bucket of dirty tools that were literally so old & used they were rusting. After she filed my foot to remove any dead skin I noticed she put the same file back in a drawer full of other files and went back & forth in the same drawer of files that looked at least a year old .then to make matters worse , She also put an acrylic nail on a toe and put it on really crooked , then in the end told me it was my TOE that was crooked . Mind you I have pictures of my last pedicure 3 or 4 pedicures . Completely straight all my life. Magically my toe is crooked after you put on an acrylic ...right ...Instead of admitting she put the acrylic on uneven she said it was me. Now I have to go get the acrylic removed so it can be placed the correct way . I sat quiet didn’t argue & instead decided to share my experience. I went through this . So you don’t have to . I’m a loyal customer here I went to this salon may of 2019 for a pedicure and a gel set and the older lady that own the shop was rushing me to pick my color out and kept telling me sit down like I was a child and rushed on my feet it was not soft at the bottom it was still very hard and then try and charge me 3$ to take the color off only one toenail because I didn’t like the color and was being very rude to me while getting my service there done I don’t disrespect my elders but I would never go back and I also didn’t like my feet or finger nails she did a rush job just to get to other people and it was not worth the money I spend there they won’t get another dime from me she treated me very horrible please if you value yourself I would stay far away and everytime I asked her a question she kept getting nasty with me and saying WHAT like she don’t care what I’m talking about or asking far as my service with her I left very unsatisfied and she made me very uncomfortable and unwelcome they want our money but can’t respect us when we are The ones spending the money and keeping the business open and she also charged me to take old nail polish off my feet she was...
