I’m a big believer that any company selling a product should always have a guarantee for any of their products and especially for defective items. I’ve been a loyal MJ customer for at least 10 years, probably longer and I’ve had 4 defective products over the last 4-5 months that were not honored. It was upsetting but I purchased replacements anyhow because I’m loyal. It’s understandable for this to occur from time to time but not this many times over a very short period of time. When I went in today for yet another defective product, which I received for a Christmas gift, all they could offer was a discount for me to re-purchase my own Christmas gift bought on Christmas Eve by my daughter. I thought there was a 14 day guarantee... Guess not. :( Also, hearing from the guy not helping me today that my torch was defective from the moment I bought it and that it was definitely not the right torch for me, was disturbing to say the least. With his statement I’m super surprised that he still would not honor the product. All he had to do was replace the bottle of butane and I’d still be a loyal MJ customer. Mary Jane's in Washougal is amazing. They are a family business which I love to support, but they sell products from local glass blowers to also help out other small businesses. They are very knowledgeable with their products and the staff is very helpful in helping you find what will work best for you. I've gone to Mary Jane's for a long time and will continue to. The Staff is amazing. They always know what I get, and have it ready for me. They also truly care about their customers. There was a time I wasn't able to make it in, but my husband ran in for me, they asked him if I was okay because I haven't been in a while. Some of their stuff is higher priced then other places but it's because they are staying local and the quality is amazing. They aren't able to sell some products because of the laws in the town of Washougal but they are amazing all around. Absolutely the best customer service anywhere local to camas Washougal area!! We got a free sample of a CBD lotion to help with my partners nerve damage. She's in a boot and crutches, so the gentleman that was helping us noticed right away and started answering my 100,000 questions. Because I'm new to flower, used to only use edibles.. My partner is showing me the wonderful new different pieces of glass which Mary Jane's House of Glass has a VERY large selection for anything you would ever need.
