If I could rate negative stars I would after the experience I had today. I’ve visited this location several times and have never left feeling as uncomfortable as I did today. I went to the store today to buy some hand sanitizer for my boys and some wallflower plug ins and scents. I was taking my time looking at the hand sanitizers trying to find one to replace the one that my son had had stolen from his back pack but they receive new fall scents so I was trying to find something else he’d like. To make a long review short, I was excessively asked if I needed any help, or was I finding everything ok. I felt like I was being watched and followed around the store, like they thought I would steal something. I finally got so frustrated I put down my basket on the counter and told them no they couldn’t help me and walked out. I’ve never been made to feel so uncomfortable at a store. I left feeling gross and the entire time I was in the store I was very aware of every move I made because of the associates. I don’t know if they singled me out because of my casual attire (jeans and a t-shirt, hair in a bun) or for other reasons. I have never brought my race into any situation and would hate to think that was the reason either. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, extend grace and understanding in all situations but I just can’t seem to understand why I was singled out. As I drove away I called the manager and told them what had happened and as a courtesy i let her know that I would be calling corporate and giving them full details of my experience. Read moreVery disappointed. I placed a pickup order for this location due to the "availability" of specific items. After I received notification my order was ready for pickup and heading to the store, I received a second notification telling me the specific items had been canceled from my order. But wait there's more... when I walk in the front door, right there on display, are the items canceled from my order. Great! I will be able to get them after all. Or so I thought. Nope, not only would they not put the items back on my order but they wouldn't honor the sale price of the items either. The items I had already paid for mind you. Then I was told I would have to wait for their system to issue a credit but they still wouldn't honor the sale price I originally paid. Beyond frustrating! Read moreMy experience with Raquel wasn't pleasant. I was the 1st person at the counter when she came from the back. I spoke to gain her attention she hesitated and began assisting another customer. I advised I was here 1st picking up an online order. She asked for the order # appears she couldn't find it. Then she found it after a min or so. I let her know this was a gift and wasn't bagged correctly. She in turn gave me a cellophane bag and a card. I asked how I supposed to tie it. She said yeah give me a min. She had no interest in assisting me at all. After she place the ribbon in my bag. I told her thanks since she's so busy. It would've taken her less than a min to add those item to the gift bag in turn she went back to the lady she was trying to check out all along as if I was bothering her.
