Excuse but your memory is incorrect you never mention anything about roaches bc you're thinking of the wrong customer. I do not have roaches in my home or bugs lmao. You guys screwed up big time and I would never recommend anyone do business there. You guys tooks weeks to even get back to me and then went ahead and orders parts for something with out even talking to me first. The ps I got back was not my own and I can confirm it with a serial number. At this point I just don't care enough or have the energy to argue with you or the employees you do not hold accountable for losing and mixing up customer items. You made me wait over an hour to find my ps4 and then when I asked why the wifi password stick I had on the front of the system was gone you tried to lie and claim it was inside the ps.. and when I asked you to take it apart and confirm again. You told me it'd take hours to do so.. wasn't worth my time tbh and you should be ashamed of yourself for lying and trying to embarrass someone. I have never seen a roaches or bugs in my home ever... I have a ps5 that recently had work done as well somewhere else bc I knew you weren't capable of doing the job and trying to overcharge me. Anyways instead of saying thank you for your review professionally you tried being funny well played yourself. Have a good Dat. I originally brought my daughter's PS4 to be repaired. The orginal price was $63.81. I made a $50. cash deposit since they don't accept cresit cards. I called a week later to check the staus of the PS4 and was not given an answer. I was told about 3 time the tech was not in. When I called back one last time to check the status I was told the repair would cost $125.

I aked what about the $50 and I was told it would be applied to the bill. The store does not offer any refunds only store credit. On 8/26/20 I went with my daughter to pick up the PS4. As I was about to make our final payment the Sales Associate said the balance is $125.00. I said excuse me I was told $125. And his response was Ah No. The $50. went towards the $175. total.

I explained to them why in the world would I spend $175. to repair a PS4 that I bout on Black Friday for $200. This place is very unprofessional. So I had to use our store credit to purchase items I did not need. Who ever is reading this review please save you money and energy and go somewhere else. I hope the place get shut down.

One last thing my daughter's PS4 had 1tb, and they tried to replace it wigh 500gb and they made it seem like they were doing her a favor mean while the where ripping us off.

Just as the last review said. These people do not call you at all. They are highly unprofessional and say they will fix things in a short amount of time. It actually means that they won't fix it, their boss will, whom is always in new york apparently and only comes to this place on Sunday mornings before the store opens and if he's not done, he'll leave again for another Sunday or take it home with him because the employees don't know where their own products are until they contact him asking where the stuff is at. The boss himself is also highly unprofessional and even disrespectful because I emailed him personally about the situation and he felt the need to insult my intelligence. This place will rip you off hard. DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE IF BROKEN! My laptop hinges were suppose to be fixed within a week. That was last year September 2016 and it's now January 8th 2017! Still waiting and considering bringing them to court because they apparently won't refund the money. These people have already been to court and it was on tv! You can find their court session online! And trust when, you won't want to work with them after you see that video! I repeat, avoid this place...
