Went here tonight on a Sunday. Griffin who was behind the counter was a little rude at first… I don’t know if it was a bad night or what. 3 games in I got an emergency phone call I had to answer so since I was wearing house shoes I walked into there closed dance looking area where it was quiet so I didn’t have to walk outside and get the bowling shoes wet. 3 minutes later here comes griffin telling me I can’t be in there and I need to get out now now exceptions. I explained why I was in there and if I could just have one moment which then he proceeded to basically yell and not care why I’m in that area.

The house balls are the worst I’ve ever seen with huge gouges in them and they were all plastic none of them were urethane or ones you could actually spin the ball. Last but not lease it was 18$ for a pitcher of blue moon. Not worth the service, pricing, or my time and I will not be back.

This bowling alley is a joke. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I called 2 weeks prior and booked lanes for 10 people. I had won a prize to use at Century Bowl for bowling for 10 people, that their own employee at the time gave me. Got there on the Sunday I booked. Girl behind the counter seemed annoyed we were even there, and I only had 6 people. She started to finally help me, but decided to answer the phone and talk with the person for about 10 minutes before even coming back to me. She looked at their bookings and said my name was not there and who did I speak with? Why would I know that, they don't give me their names. I told her it was a female, probably her. They had 1 lane we could use, but only for 5 people. I get it was busy, but I had called 2 weeks prior to book this. Save yourself the waste of time this place and its employees are and go to 300 Bowl or Cherry Hill Lanes in Clarkston. Cleaner and more...
