Escape Room Zone — Attraction in Waterford Township

Didnt have super high Hope's for the escape room. Especially a cheesy Harry Potter one. But I was surprised. The dragons heart Harry Potter themed escape room was incredibly interesting and every puzzle left you screaming with excitement, literally. I'm sure someone in the building must have thought we all were getting murdered in that room when we figured out the crystal ball room. The only warning or complaint i could pose would be about the relatively small size. We had 3 people in total and I could never imagine having more than 4, maybe 5 if some where children. As thrilling as it was and for how many puzzles they had I think a limit of 6 is high for this particular puzzle. But I digress. Our hint helper, I think her name was Allison, was a great help and gave us enough to fully understand the clues without giving away the answer. I like to think myself a pretty smart individual, but I was even challenged with the complexities of this room. Will definitely be doing...

CJ our moderator was great. He was overseeing multiple rooms but still helped us and took a group photo. I'm disappointed in the quality of the room, though. Many items were broken in our room (vandalized) and some of the pieces we needed to use were hard to read because they were so worn. Puzzle concept was great, but poorly executed. I think this room has not been well maintained. And when we got in the room it hadn't been reset for the next playthrough correctly, so CJ had to come in and reset it for us after our time had started. I've done other rooms here before and the experience was better. But this is the second room at this place where we've had trouble with a puzzle due to the reset not being done well. We visited 2 weeks ago and it was awesome! I meant to write this review way sooner. My group came in to do Dragons Heart. Let me preface this by saying we have been to over 10+ escape rooms. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kaitlyn, who is by far the best game master we have ever had at an escape room. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. After we successfully finished the first room, we talked with her for a moment. She then let us know that there was availability in another room there, The Morgue, if we were interested. We had intended on only doing one but immediately agreed to another.

Both rooms were great! The puzzles were interesting and well put together. The hints that were given were enough to get us through but not too much as to ruin the puzzle in itself. Themes...
