Belvidere Mall — Attraction in Waukegan

Belvidere Mall is one of those places I honestly wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If you've ever been to a low-end flea market, this mall fits that vibe to a tee. I respect the effort the management is making to keep the place alive, but the shops inside are, frankly, not appealing at all.

Most of the stores seem to cater to a crowd that isn’t really looking for modern or quality products—just whatever happens to be available. The only real anchor here is Home Depot, and let’s be honest, that store is probably the only reason this mall hasn’t turned into a ghost town.

I love supporting small business! In this mall are all small business owners, Eye doctor, clothing & shoe stores, children's clothing both formal & casual. Great home-made Mexican food, I guarantee you will crave it after your 1st visit. And the lady who does eyebrow shaping in the Kiosk is amazing, she does a wonderful job shaping my scarred up brows to perfection. I wouldn't you just get some fabric softener and I was parked right out front and I went back to the bad guy fabric softener was at the counter waiting for a cashier to come everyone was calling everyone just to get someone to bring me out the lady who was supposed to be the cashier still hadn't came and another lady came up and run me out and then the cashier came but at that point I told her we didn't need her we were all set and she left again so I think that it would probably be better if they have one person very close to the registers at all time so that they could take care of any customers that are only going to do...
