Fun, casual, pretty good music. A little quieter crowd wise than usual. But with it raining, it's to be expected.

You can not open carry even though the street is blocked off. You end up drinking more if you want to hear other bands. You order, but you must chug your drink to go 3 businesses apart. Every other community allows...
