Waukesha Springs Park — Attraction in Waukesha

I do love this playground as do my kids, I played on the same one as a child so that let's you know the playground is old and fading, bit its the only playground whose metal tube to cones for speaking across the playground actually still work, if they rebuilt the playground like all the others in waukesha that have been redone i hope that stays. Very shady for hot summer days. Big field and baseball diamond as well. My only issues are the homeless that sleep under the covered picnic area, but they stay to themselves and are no threat. this is the best park in the neighborhood when the sun is high and the heat is hot. plenty of shade and a water fountain (if visited during season ) the play toys keep children entertained, but even better is the nice open field with some trees to just enjoy some greenery, it's a little secluded. there currently are a few poke stops in the area and a gym at and old spring building for those looking to boost their roster. the historic site is also...

The playground was completely redone since my original post. Really great little park with a lot of options for the kids to play. Still no parking but the neighborhood near by has street parking.
