Curry Park is where I learned to cross country ski in the 1950s. My parents took us there from out home on Rawson Avenue in Oak Creek on snowy days. They used the rope tow powered by a surplus jeep, but deemed the 10 or 25 cent lift ticket a poor investment for a little kid. Read moreI understand that it has rained here a lot lately, but you could at least mention that you aren't allowing carts. Had we known that we had to walk the 18 holes, we would have booked our tee time somewhere else. The course was obviously wet. But it looked as though it hasn't been maintained in a while. Rough was very long, as were the fairways. The tee boxes were kind of a joke as well. Judging by the conditions, I doubt the course is a whole lot better when the weather has been drier.
