If the system ever freezes on you during your check out, be sure to take a photo of the screen and check to make sure that the security clips are taken off your purchases. It could not be helped that their system froze the day before and I could not get a receipt from them and that the cashier forgot to take off the security clip off the shoes. However, how the manager handle the situation is unprofessional. I was there to return a pair of shoes that I purchased the night before and was met with rude remarks and insinuations of stealing. I showed the manager a snap shot of the check out screen of my purchases and the transaction on my credit card. After 45 minutes of waiting, another staff, I assumed, was able to verify my story on their security camera at the checkout counter and proceeded the refund. While system failure and lack of attention from another staff is by no means the manager's fault. However, rude attitude and insinuating customer of theft without verifying the customer's statement first is unprofessional. Of course, all he can do, after causing unnecessary discomfort to the customer who spend 45 minutes at the cash register, is merely, "I'm sorry." No, I did not raised my voice and cause him grief, if you wonder.

Not true I was supposed to get a different gift card. During this transaction their system shut down...they had no idea what to do. A couple weeks later I needed to return something else. The line was extremely long and someone said they were having register problems. I asked a man that worked there how long I had to return something because there was nothing on the receipt. He said if you have a receipt no limit. I left. Went back 6 weeks later. 30 day return policy. Where is that policy? Um nowhere we are supposed to tell you. Manager..."no manager would have told you that" me "where is your return policy?" Manager looks at receipt looks around and says that's our policy. Read moreDiscount retailers can always kind of be hit and miss and unfortunately it feels like this this particular Nordstrom Rack is more miss than hit. While it's fairly large and has a decent selection, unless you're there right after it opens it gets messed up pretty quickly. There just isn't enough staff to keep the store kept up throughout the day as well as assist all the customers. And while I'm thankful that (for the most part) the staff focuses on helping the customers, you can lose your cool pretty quickly with as disheveled as the store gets.
Since there is a full blown Nordstrom just down the street, there is a pretty good supply of Nordstrom pieces coming down the pipeline into this Nordstrom Rack.
If patience is your strong point then I think you'll be able to handle this Nordstrom Rack. However if you get flustered easily and don't like digging, this may be your worst nightmare. Compared to other Nordstrom Rack's I've been to, this one...
