The store in which the incident took place is Tx 1168 US-287, Waxahachie, TX 75165
I had ordered an insignia 50in TV and had selected curbside pickup through my email, I received the code that I was supposed to show to the employee when they come to load the order, but I waited for a total of 30 minutes before calling the number of that stores address. A gentleman answered and he said that he would be sending the manager of the store an email about the issue since he himself was not actually present at the store, and that if they didn't come in the next few minutes than that the only other option was to go down and ask about the issue. I waited for another 10 minutes and once again no one came to deliver my order. I got down to see what was up and there was no one at the online pick up service desk. I spoke to a cashier who was sitting down at the checkout service center telling her that I had been waiting outside for a total of 40 minutes for my order. I never told her my name or what I was picking up, but she brought out what we had ordered. This leads me to think that she was negligent of the messages that were coming into her device about the curbside orders. To top it off there was also another car that was waiting outside as well, and it wasn't until we had gone down to complain that they were made aware of the other customer. To have negligent workers, and on top of that be offering curbside pickup at the store where no one bothers to actually do what they need to is terrible customer service. I never received an apology for the amount of time that I had to wait. I really hope that this was a one time thing and that the employees are held accountable for their lack of service to their customers because waiting 40 minutes for a curbside order is outrageous especially...
Read moreI come here all the time, but today, June 3 at 7:30 PM I had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Best Buy. I walk in and know exactly what I am wanting and go to the cashier because I don’t see any sales people on the floor. The cashiers name is Branden and I ask him if they have this product in stock, he mumbles and I can’t even understand what he is saying. I had to ask him three times in a row If the headphones I was looking for were in stock. Finally he tells me they are but they aren’t out for presentation, but yes, they have them, I asked him if he could come and help me grab them real quick. He proceeds to let me know that he will let somebody else know. After almost 20 minutes of waiting and being told that somebody will help me shortly. I finally go up and say something again and a sales guy comes to help. After I finally get my product, the cashier Branden is no longer even at the desk to help me check out, he is in the break room on his phone, and the sales guy has to go and get him to help me check out. he did not ask me if I found what I was looking for. He had no customer service whatsoever. He proceeded to go through the routine check out without saying anything throws the receipt in the bag and doesn’t even say thank you. I’m not one to leave reviews like this, but guys like him do not need to be working at a place like Best Buy, more like McDonald’s. Actually, no industry that requires service. He is lazy and rude. I hope a mangager checks him and his...
Read moreMy son bought a phone online. BestBuy Carrie's the same phone and he needed a cover and a special wall adapter. We went into Best Buy. We looked around for at least 20 minutes, but their are phone case here, there, and everywhere. I finally found the home of the phone brand and associate finally pops around the corner to ask if we need help. Basically there is one cover, display box is practically empty except the most expensive cover possible...the associate says what you see is what you get and that's it.. same thing with the adapter. Go home, he finds what he needs online from that same store and we place the order. Magically the merch, that was not available was found. Go to the internet pick up desk, one guy in line, but the service desk which is also the check out registers has 4 people in line. We wait, and wait and wait. The guy in front of me was looking for something else not in the store and was sent another, in the meanwhile I get helped by the one guy who seems to have 5 people go through his register. There seems to be plenty of people standing around in the store, and they all seem to mosey on over as soon as this line seemingly disappears...Best Buy really needs to step it up here at...
