The cashier on Saturday morning 5/13 was an absolute delight.. I was there about 1020AM, I didn't receive my receipt because I didn't need it.. however there was an employee who will be a future teacher named Rosemary that did nothing but spread negative energy to the other employees as well as the customers. My receipt showed a purchase of 2 medium fries with our adult meals as well as 2 small fries for the two kids meals.. we received our order and the MEDIUM fries for our adult meals were missing.. so like any paying customer I went to the front to ask for the fries.. the wonderful cashier helped and I noticed that our future teacher gave her an attitude regarding giving us the fries. Upon leaving Rosemary requested to take our trays and decided to say "it's funny how you needed extra fries and you have four containers" yes. We told her… We PAID for two medium and two small and received FOUR smalls at the end of it all. And she continued to explain how there are four containers and implying that we took two fries without paying? Which leads me to believe her position food handling was done purposefully being it’s quite obvious she’s incapable of counting what was ON the receipt vs what was PAID. (Whom didn’t even attend to us and knows what we paid for.) Please train your employees to do better. This future teacher is a MAJOR disappointment and I will have second thoughts coming to this location to dine in. I recently visited Chick-fil-A on Willow Brook Blvd in NJ, and my first impression was fantastic. The restaurant was very nice and clean, and to my delight, there were no lines. Although there was a minor mix-up with my order, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it.
During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious chocolate milkshake, a tasty chicken sandwich, crispy fries, flavorful nuggets, and a refreshing cup of ice. Everything I tried was great, and my dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
One of the highlights of my visit was the inside playground. It brought back nostalgic memories and added an extra element of fun to my meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in creating a family-friendly environment.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A in Willow Brook Blvd, NJ. The outstanding customer service, delicious food, and nostalgic playground made my visit memorable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant...
Read moreREVISED 2024: They have now made it that delivery drivers and curbside orders hog all the parking spaces and we have to park in Mars to dine in. It's ridiculous. They have all these spots sitting minimum half empty, meanwhile us on timed breaks have to park in the distance. The local Target does something similar so I don't go there. They also have like 50 spots for curbside that sit largely empty. Just absurd. The Target by my house does the same to a little smaller extent, but those at least seem to be used. To boot the girl forgot my salad dressing and this time it was to go. I got to work with no dressing.
PRIOR: IDK why this place doesn't have at least 4 stars. They have a good breakfast, better coffee than McDonald's, service is always good and kind with a smile, and clean. Sounds like ppl have problems with online ordering. I don't have that problem, I always order in person and observe that I get all I paid for. Plenty of parking too.
