I have a business and we thrive on reviews. I do not take negative reviews lightly and actually don't think I've ever left one until now. This place is the absolute biggest failure of customer service and quality that I have ever seen in any industry. My wife's phone started short cycling (powering on and then right back off). She took to this place and after 2 weeks of misery, was given a her phone back in pieces. Every time she called to check on it, the young male individual (the one who isn't qualified to unscrew a light bulb) would tell her "If I work on yours, I'll lose business". In other words, he broke it beyond repair and couldn't figure out how to undo what he had done including shattering the screen and ripping the ribbon cable off the back of the screen. Took it to another shop who says they receive 4 to 5 customers a week with the same problem we've had. The other shop did everything they could to revive the phone including replacing the screen and processor and charging port just to get the valuable photos off the internal storage but to no avail. The guy at Dino's did the phone 6 ways from Sunday and must have shorted the processor. I understand things happen and go wrong sometimes. The second worst part of the whole ordeal was the young man's eye rolling customer service and not owning any part of his destruction of wife's phone. The very worst part is because of him and his failure as a tech, irreplaceable photos of our children and baby are...
Read moreDo not take your devices here. I had to get the back glass replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro. Got my phone back after a relatively reasonable 3 hours. The lock button had inadvertently gotten left unattached. I had already taken 3 hours out of my day and had to wait til the next day to take it in. It took them another hour to fix the button. Fine. When I received it back, it had a crack across my screen protector. The guys knew they had damaged it further, and when I went back in to inquire, they told me “it’s already damaged in the corner, sooo…” as in “what am I supposed to do about it”. A crack in the corner of the screen protector is not likely to get worse, but a crack all the way across the face in the middle of the phone is a much bigger issue. I had to argue my point with the guy that they had damaged it. He went and had a secret meeting with the manager and finally agreed to replace it. Own your mistakes. If you hadve broken it, replaced it and surprised me with a new screen protector, I would have been singing your praises and would have forgotten about the rest of the inconveniences. At this point, the only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because they sent me off with a new screen protector by the end of the interaction. All that headache isn’t worth it. Take it...
Read moreThe shop repaired my back rear glass perfectly so I am giving 3 stars for that. However, my iPhone 13 Pro Max had no prior problems with the cracked rear glass. It wasn’t until after it was fixed that I started having problems with the phone. The flashlight didn’t work and the flash itself wasn’t working right either. Good news was that I was able to bring it back and they fixed those two things. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until a few hours later that the flash, and flashlight just completely stopped working. Later on in the evening, I had to make a phone call and that’s when I realized the sound no longer worked as well. I ended up having to get a new phone because of the problems caused when getting it fixed. It was not worth spending $130 (with no refund offered after the problems getting it fixed caused) to get it fixed when it was cheaper for me to get a new phone. They do an excellent job at repairing screens but be prepared for problems to come with it and no apology or...
