Would give give the general ferry a 5 - All shops, restaurants including waterway tickets and Information are all very helpful and great.

However the mail and ship center is very undependable especially since they are servicing US mail. The hours posted are not accurate. Lunch hours are not accurate. Lunch is must be 2-3 hours. No one is hardly ever there and it's very disappointing because most of us are on foot, bus, ferry here and it's just terrible for someone not to perform in their job and how it...

We always take the NY Waterway Ferry from NJ to NY whenever we can. It is a beautiful ride, especially at night. Normally take the Port Imperial ferry to Midtown. Plenty of parking right across the street from the terminal. Great photo ops of NYC. Terminal is clean and neat. Good selection of food and...
