Voice of America Center — Attraction in West Chester Township

The shopping area has great stores like TJ Maxx, Bath & Body Works, PetSmart, and even a Target with a Starbucks. I really like the friendly staff at Panera. If you have kids, Cookie Cutters is good for haircuts. Families can enjoy walking outside, shopping, and eating together. It's a cool place whether you want something fancy or not.

You can have a fun day there, shopping and meeting friends or family for coffee or lunch. There are many good stores and restaurants like Another Broken Egg, Michael's, and Petsmart. We had a nice time at Bonefish Grill for a birthday celebration, with a free dessert for the birthday person. The food was tasty, though refills were a bit slow. The staff were polite and helpful. The place felt nice, especially on a quiet Monday night.

There's a big park nearby called VOA park, and you can easily spend a whole day...

This is an extremely well situated shopping area, that is poised for further growth. Whoever the community planner may be they deserve a raise. Although, I live nearly an hour away I'm in the area about on e a week because of the broad assortment of restaurants, general purpose stores like Target, and specialty stores like Michaels. I also get my hair cut at the local salon school. There are three area community hospital/ healthcare orgs, a branch of Miami U., and a sprawling local park system. I also like that there's a Veteran's Memorial park right on the campus. It's also in an interesting geographic location which is accessible to both Dayton and Cincinnati. If anything I think that there's more room for specialty/ community based stores. If you're traveling there are also ample mid priced hotels...

This is a typical medium scale shopping center that lacks the amenities and tenant mix that could see it be more suvcessful. The leading reason to go here in my experience are the dining options and the parking for those is segregated and not enough. There is an anchor tennant in Target (a small one at that)if that's you're thing. Pet Smart as well surrounded by many small scale odds and ends when it comes to tenants. Parking is copious and VAST but in my view the center lacks tenants to justify it. No to very little weather shelter. No central help desk, no restrooms outside of those in the anchors. We go here for dinner and petsmart. Wouldn't bother otherwise as there aren't any options that would attract us here. Moderately...
