My wife and I lived at The Row for 18 months and loved our time there. We’ve lived in multiple high-end apartments downtown and can attest to the fact that this building is the best run, with the best staff, best amenities, and best location we’ve had. Having restaurant row outside the front door is awesome, especially considering you’re living in a grade A luxury apartment. I’ve been frustrated with the layout of kitchens and bathrooms in previous apartment buildings and greatly appreciate how well everything was laid out in our apartment at The Row. Whether it’s the extra storage behind the mirrors in the bathrooms, the insane amount of storage in the kitchen which allows the counter to be free and clear of appliances...the details are done correctly. The attention to detail throughout the building is what makes a big difference in the day-to-day living.
The gym is great, with top of the line equipment and more square footage than any building I've ever lived in—enough to avoid any overcrowding. The pool is awesome—and again with the details—it faces southwest (I cannot believe anyone ever builds a pool that faces a different direction in Chicago).
The staff is the best I’ve ever had, everyone from the team at the front desk to the maintenance staff to management was always A+ to work with. The maintenance team was incredibly timely with any requests, which truly helped it feel like a luxury apartment. The management team was everything you'd ask for in people running your home building. The team at the front desk we honestly viewed as friends by the end of our lease—they will all be greatly missed!

Read moreI've lived here since July of 2023. Literally since day one (move in day), concierge was GREAT. It was raining that day, and concierge escorted me and my mother to the car with umbrellas. The staff is awesome "Stan the man", Issa, Jack, Joslynn, Keenan and Mike always greet me when im coming or leaving by name. Always asking hows my day been. Its always a great friendly interaction. The building is literally soooo beautiful. I'll say easily one of the most luxurious and clean & professional buildings in the west loop. So many amentities to enjoy for the entire family. You wud never be bored at home. Theres also so many things to do in the neighborhood (walking distance), you can have friends over and just check out one of the many spots in the area. It's a one-of-a kind place to live. If there are any concerns John the general Manager, is very good in reaching out quickly. Lorraine initially got me settled, she's been a huge help the whole move in process. Tiffany just came aboard and she's been lovely since. If there are any sevice requests Nick, Josue or Herman (maintenance), will get it done efficiently. Real results they know what they're doing. I just love living here. Not one single complaint, not one! They all should be recognized for their efforts in making the tenants home a great place to live. And if anyone wants any place like that to live, its definitely worth it to schedule a tour and check it out. You wont be...
Read moreI lived at The Row for a year before having to move back to NYC for my job, and I cannot underscore enough how much I think you should live here. Between its unrivaled location in the West Loop (with access to some of the best shops and restaurants in Chicago, as well as multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, and, of course, the Green/Pink Line trains) and the stellar amenities and views of Downtown Chicago, I don't think I could have done better in my apartment search. The gym is kept in pristine condition, and fulfilled all my essential cardio/bodybuilding needs. The Row is also situated within a fifteen minute walk of the central business district on South Wacker Drive, which I frequently took advantage of when I walked to work (except for the coldest months). The staff is kind and professional--they'll even drop off packages in your apartment when you're away! Onsite dry cleaning and laundry through Tide Cleaners is also an underrated amenity; it made my life super easy because I didn't need to go far to get my dress shirts or suits washed and pressed. I think pound for pound, this is one of the best managed apartment buildings in Chicago both for the price and for what you're getting (remember: amenities, location, management). If my work didn't require me to leave Chicago, I'd still be living at The Row, but you should take my place instead and enjoy one of the best apartment living experiences...
