Lovesac — Local services in West Chicago Township

Lack of customization is disappointing, considering the Sactional's entire advantage is customization. Even though all the pieces are separately assembled, they don't allow you to mix and match filling. For example if you want lovesoft seat cushions with standard back cushions they tell you that you are out of luck because the seat cushions and back cushions always come in a pair. So if you wanted to customize it like this, you'd have to buy extra seats and then end up with a bunch of extra cushions and an empty wallet. Given the modular nature of this product and the fact that it is 5k+(!), I find it baffling that customizing like this isn't possiblle. The lovesoft seat cushion is great, but I think it's so bad as a back cushion that it might as well not be there at all. I was ready to pay the 5k but unfortunately the restrictions will...

We had been looking for a couch for awhile. Although we like what we have, it doesn't really fit our new space. We needed an L-shaped sectional but with pretty specific size requirements. We looked everywhere online before making an appointment with Lovesac. I had heard of them but thought that they cost more than we wanted to spend. Lucky for us, we went in during the Black Friday sale. We were able to get EXACTLY what we wanted & need and saved 25% doing it! And we should have the couch within 2 weeks while the others we looked at weren't going to be delivered until February! Finally, I LOVE that all of the pieces are interchangeable and the covers are washable. This will be our lifetime couch, knowing that we can always add on, change the configuration and even change the fabric (covers). We CAN'T...

Jonathan and Angela were the most helpful people ever! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you are in the Chicago area and are looking at Lovesac I couldn’t recommend the Randolph St. location more! From showing us SO many fabric samples, to spending the time to get us the absolute best deal everything was perfect. We cannot wait for our new couch!

UPDATE: 8 months later and we are still in love with this couch! The storage seating in each seat is life-changing, as are the cup holders. Some of the back cushions have started to flatten a little, but to be fair these 8 months were during part of the covid-19 lockdown, so the couch got a lot of use! Overall, still...
