Completely deceptive business practices. Zero customer service. This business relies upon its "no return policy", which they claim is displayed appropriately on the website and during checkout. Here's how it works....
Unacceptable practices from a business selling luxury clothing. Who even subjects discounts to final sale at a 25% discount? I could see if the discount were 50%, or even 40%. A discount of 25% is pretty standard for most retail businesses.
This is the second purchase I've made with these guys. What happened to the first you ask? They sat on the item for a week and I had to email them to remind them to ship it.

I have a number of items from Notre & I’m glad the store exists. That said, it’s always a struggle.
In-store: Only a fraction of their inventory is on the floor. This is pretty typical for comparable stores but good to know going in. The store is pretty / well-curated but not worth going out of your way for unless you’ve never been to a high-end street wear store before or* you need to try something on. The store is often too busy for the associates to be much help unless you have multiple hours to burn. *to be fair, many similar stores have these same challenges.
Online: Large offering of interesting pieces. Often have decent availability of sizes && the end of season sales are always a good deal. Final sale items could be more clear - once you add the item to your cart, it’s not apparent unless you go back to that product’s page. Unreasonably high bar for free shipping ($700 for free basic shipping).
The inspiration for this review: My last order took 10 days from order to shipping. On day 10, they tell me via email a shirt I bought is now out of stock, so they automatically removed it from my order and sent the remaining items without any acknowledgement that this was their error. I tried to call to share my experience / explain that I needed the shirt for an event and now have to find something else after thinking I was good for the 10 days it took them to true-up their inventory. Read morevery deceitful return policy. Any product ordered comes with a simple return form. You fill it out and return the item within the allotted time frame in an unused condition for refund. If you follow these procedures you will receive a refund anywhere on the planet in any retail store except for Notre. I purchased shoes. Didn’t like the look when I saw them in person. Didn’t try them on, didn’t I lace them, didn’t even pull out the fillers. I returned the item the next day with tracking to ensure it was received and followed all the procedures. Item was received on time in perfect condition. They contacted me 7 days after they received it and tried to convince me they received it that day even though my tracking stated otherwise, what a scam.
They will not refund me simply because I didn’t call and ask them if I could return it first. There is a hidden clause in the return policy that states you MUST call and beg for permission for a return. I did not jump this hoop and thus I will not be refunded. Don’t shop online.
