customer service was pathetic, i waited 15 hours outside to buy the jordan ovo x. They required you in addition to the 250$ shoe to spend an additional spend 350$ on jordan apparel. i was okay with this, until they said that the bags had been pre-selected and we were unable to swap out merchandise. #1 none of the packs were similar. #2 it's all old left over gear #3 they had selected it from a box that said "sale clothes", and made us pay full price (even though most stores have dropped their price of the same items in half). #4 they asked what size bag of clothes i wanted, i had said a large, they told me they had none of that size left and only a size small remained, so i reluctantly agreed to it. When i got home and looked at the merchandise the items size ranged from a xs-2xl, with duplicate items. i called the store to ask if i could get a replacement pack with items of the same size, they replied they didnt have any more and were unwilling to help or fix the situation, i offered to buy a 500$ hat instead and they said they could not do it, even though it was a jordan brand hat. The "manager" said that there was nothing he could do, the only option was to bring both my shoes and clothes to be returned since there were no "replacements" (which i waited 15 hrs in the rain for) . the manager was very rude and told me he did not have the time to talk to me and said he had better things to be doing than dealing with me complaining. I asked to speak to another manager, he replied i should be happy i got the shoes and also he was the only manager. when i asked for the owners contact information, he laughed and hung up the phone. Read moreGot here on a Sunday arrived 30 minutes early no one showed up until 12:15pm when store hours says it open s up at 12pm. Two workers finally showed up with no explanation except that they’re running a little late and will open in a few minutes. Patiently waited while other employees started trickling in and the first two came back out of the store around 1230 while not saying a word to me. Other customers went in the store and immediately came back out so I went in and asked the security guy if they open at 12pm and he told me they’re opening at 1pm today. Have some professionalism, communication, and customer service skills for people who are trying to support you. Ended up leaving, couldn’t deal with the standoffishness and lack of courtesy. Read moreThey sell a lot of cool stuff but they have the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have shopped in the store and on their website and they are just horrendous at helping you. If you order an item with expedited shipping, it probably won't get to you on time because they only ship things out on Wednesday (that's what they told me on the phone).
They charged my card for my stuff but it's been over a week since I've heard anything about my order. If you send them an email asking when they're getting a certain product, they reply quickly, if you send them an email asking about your order, you get ignored. They don't answer the phone when you call, they have some serious ego over there.
