Wanted to check out a few gyms in the area for when I come and visit my grandparents. I didnāt want to purchase a membership yet but this guy (heavier latino, about 6 ft) was very persistent about me signing up. I know these reps make commission but when I signed up for the 3-Day pass, he me told me he technically doesnāt have to give it to me and that it says it in the email they sent me. I pulled up the email and he sat there for 5 minutes but couldnāt even find this so called disclaimer. He also mentioned that he ātechnicallyā doesnāt have to give it to me because I was a previous member even though I have never had a membership. He again tried to prove me wrong by pulling up my file but when he did, it showed exactly what I told him. That Iāve been to this location once through the buddy pass but never signed up myself. He was being extremely rude and even invaded my personal space by being less than a foot in front of me. Also another man (assuming he is the manager - filipino ethnicity), intervenes and it almost seems like neither of them wanted me to come in unless i signed up for the membership.
If any corporate is reading this, review the footage on 12/12/23 @ about 6 pm. Iām 5ā3 wearing a gray & green sweater with black leggings. I felt so uncomfortable by the end of the visit that I decided to just leave and not cause a scene. I was being very polite and was very confused why this all even happened in the first place.

Also, I canāt recommend Steve, the personal trainer, enough! He really stands out for his dedication to his clients. Steve takes the time to listen to goals, tailor workouts, and provide support every step of the way. He genuinely cares about helping people succeed, and his passion for fitness is contagious. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Steve!

Before I joined, I clearly informed him that I had a 7-year-old child and was looking for a gym where she could swim with me. Hector assured me that it would be fine and even said he could falsely list her age as 12 so that she could access the pool. Based on this deliberate misrepresentation, I proceeded to purchase two memberships.
However, today I was informed by his supervisor that children under 13 are strictly not allowed in the gym, regardless of what Hector promised. What upsets me the most is that Hector is now denying everything he said, showing no accountability for his actions. This is a clear case of consumer fraud, motivated purely by his desire to meet sales targets. It may even constitute a federal criminal offense, as it involves knowingly deceiving a customer for financial gain. This conduct constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation and may rise to the level of criminal...
