Buyer beware!!
I purchased a mattress from them in 2022. Within 2 months it was defective. I was covered for a replacement under warranty (after I was told to buy more items to get the warranty approved). They wouldnāt let me choose a different mattress, only an exact replacement.
18 months later the mattress is defective again. I went through the warranty process and was told I was now approved for any mattress up to the price of my original purchase, because the model was discontinued.
I came into the store and selected a different mattress, putting up an additional $1000. It was delivered on Friday and itās terrible. Iām waking up with pain in my back and hips.
The following Monday I went back to the store to exchange the mattress for something else. I was told replacements are considered final sale and Iām stuck. I let them know I was never told the replacement was final sale. They said itās on my paperwork. I brought my paperwork and showed them that nowhere on there does it say final sale. Their response was āthey should have told you in storeā. Their solution was to walk on my mattress for 45 days hoping it gets broken in. They said the ācomfort grace periodā is only for new purchases. Since my mattress is now a used mattress it canāt be resold so they canāt exchange. I was told to call customer service. That they might make an exception, but I would have to pay a $200 restocking if they approved. And that I would have to pick a mattress at the higher price, not my original purchase price. That they would not refund me if I chose a lower priced mattress.
I called customer service and was told the same thing. Walk on it for 45 days hoping it breaks in. That since my mattress is used it canāt be exchanged. That the grace period is only for new purchases. I asked, whatās the difference between buying a mattress versus warranty replacement. Both mattresses would be considered used. Why can you exchange one and not the other. They had no response.
So now Iām stuck with a brick of a mattress thatās causing physical pain for at least 45 days, with the hope that it will break in. And if it doesnāt break in I am not covered for a replacement since that is not considered a defect.

The salesman said he had a new discontinued kind set and it was the only one so, she got this great bed set. Two days later they deliver a king set with "Used" and "Sanitized" stickers on both. She was told it was New and just "Discontinued." She took it because she had no bed and would deal with it after the holiday. Once unwrapped within hours the bed and her room smelled of old mold. We went to the store and another salesman let it slip they have 8 sets of those beds and Not just the one. They sent out someone and she agreed the bed smelled of mold and took photos of the used tags. Now it took three days to get her a NEW bed and she slept on the sofa. This place will lie to make a sale and the sales people are slick like snake oil hawkers. I feel their great reviews are fake on the site. Most of the time they call the sales person by their full name, that is Not normal. You say Bob was a great help Not Bob Martin. Instead, she allowed me to continue my search while ensuring I knew she was available if needed.
Later on, she checked in to see if I had found anything I liked. I mentioned that the options I initially liked were beyond my budget. She immediately asked about my price range, and I provided it to her. Without hesitation, she guided me towards the mattresses within my budget, encouraging me to lie down and try them out. She understood the importance of not only what we want, but also how I feel when I actually use the mattress.
In the end, I ended up choosing a mattress that wasn't even on my radar initially. However, I am extremely pleased with my decision and grateful for the excellent service she provided throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable, informed, and never pressured.
