They Rock. I went to the other 2 Hobby Lobbies in town and barely got here before they shutdown the last register. I got the last 9 woodgrain tablecloths in stock for our church event. The manager let me in after finding out I had a mission of 1 item only and directed me to the exact spot. I was in and out in 3 minutes flat.
I was visiting g from KCMO for a Women's Retreat and my wife and I found these on Army Post Rd store first yesterday but could not get back to procuring more until late in the day.

Read moreLove all the things the store has, but customer service needs to improve. Returns were only able to happen at one lane due to a register down. So line backed up at the only line able to take returns. Lady at the only rerun check out had at least 30 items to ring up and get packed into paper. She did not have a return, only a purchase. The lady in charge did nothing to assist in helping move the line that was building up. She stood there when she could of helped her wrap items and bag them. I get this is not normally her job, but when you have a return line backing up it just seems appropriate. There was another check out open for others. Finally when she was close to being done the cashier mentioned to the supervisor that she could help wrap! So...
Read moreI was in the West Des Moines location today. Spent my career as a Customer Service Manager. I am shocked at the experience I had today in this store with an employee. After looking for 20 minutes for an item with no success in the Party and Card section which is located in far corner of store I had to walk all the way to the front to find a employee. When I still could not find a employee walked around the corner and I asked where item could be found. The employee looked at me and said, I'm not on the clock. I replied excuse me.
