Sold me a faulty vape and when I called to question it they told me I should have checked the vape when I was in the shop and they would not do anything about it. The issue with this statement is that they have a big sign that says no smoking in the shop. They don't know their policies but want to enforce the one that leaves them with the ability to sell defective products and hold no responsibility. The person on the phone had argued with me about the smoking policy and had to go check just to find out I was right but was quick to tell me they wouldn't do anything about their defective product.

Someone else walks in after I’ve been waiting and they get help right away. Pay attention to your customers. Obviously I’m not standing here for no reason.
