Bob and James are master craftsman in this field. They are very knowledgeable and I’ve never left with any of piece looking less than exemplary. Furthermore, they have big hearts and I’d like to share an anecdote. I’ve been going to them since my family moved to Longmeadow some years ago and every time I come into the shop, I’d ask to buy a picture of an Egg Cream by their office. It’s a beautiful piece and was not for sale but they did everything they could to help me find a print. When they asked what an Egg Cream was, I passionately told them of the beverage seemingly lost to time. Today I asked again and again it wasn’t for sale. They offered to help me track down the print and help in many other ways. I told them the story of how my grandfather opened a pharmacy to support our family when he returned from WW2. Back then a pharmacy would also have a soda fountain and a Soda Jerk(his son, my uncle, who’d make the drinks and serve the ice cream and candy to the kids). I grew up drinking these and talked of the chills I’d get whenever I’d come to their shop and see the picture. True nostalgia, an equal mix of love, longing, and melancholy we feel looking back into the past. They sold it to me. I was moved to tears. I didn’t expect that and they looked both uncomfortable and pleased knowing they had just made a customer for life.

To be honest, I haven't seen such awesome customer care, patience, and expertise in any other stores I went to for framing. These guys know what they're doing! I've been to Hobby Lobby and Michael's for custom framing and to be honest this place is now hands down my favorite.

What stood out was that they weren't trying to sell me the most expensive material (unlike some other places will try to do) Jim in particular was just being honest and straight forward telling me what I did and didn't need.

This is a very professional shop to go to for your art work and picture needs. I went there to get a damaged print framed and James did a fantastic job! He was able to make it look exceptional.
