After suffering a lower back injury, my physical and mental health took a hit. As someone who’s usually very active, it was a tough adjustment. Once I began physical therapy, my PT recommended I try a deep tissue massage to help release some of the built up tension. That’s when I found Skyla at TheraTouch. And I am so glad I did! From the very first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands. Skyla took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand my condition and tailor the session to my needs. She’s incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable, and her approach made me feel both cared for and confident in the process. At each follow up, she checks in on how I’m feeling and adjusts her technique to target the areas that need the most attention. She also shares helpful tips for self care at home, which has made a big difference in my recovery. TheraTouch has become an essential part of my healing journey and even after I’m fully recovered, I plan to continue seeing Skyla for my overall physical wellbeing. What she does truly...

She also spent extra time recommending stretches, to help in between treatments, based on my problem areas. I've been in so much pain for along time and I can tell she can really help me. I feel a lot better after just...
Read moreThis is a great place to get your massage! The first thing I loved was the heated body pad you get to lay on the entire time. I would definitely consider Skyla (I think that’s how you spell her name) a professional who knows what she’s doing. And the best part of it all was at the end she even told me where I’ve been holding tension and gave advice as to how to let it go. One thing to consider is she is the only masseuse so there aren’t any other options, but she adjusts exactly to how/where you need to be massaged. The only critique I have is just the location as it’s inside of a business building, so I wasn’t sure I was at the right place at first. But at the same time it wasn’t in a salon with a room full of strangers, it’s just you and Skyla and I really appreciated that level of “intimacy” for lack of a...
