This place is awesome! The staff are amazing and super knowledgeable, they are patient and you do not feel pushed to buy anything. Ron's approach is simple and elegant. He plays you some tracks and tells you what to listen for and just like that you can tell the good stuff from the bad. The atmosphere is relaxed and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Having spent a couple of days on line reading reviews of Headphones I decided to avoid Best Buy and Amazon and go somewhere local where the people actually understand audio. I was more than delighted with both the amount of attention I received and the quality of the advice given. They introduced me to a Headphone maker which I hadn't heard of previously.
