Bra-Wey Florist — Attraction in Weymouth

I regularly purchase flowers online to have sent to my mom in Weymouth since I'm out of state. I've never had a problem.

The most recent time was just a few weeks ago. My mom had some severe health issues and was recuperating at the Harbor House in Hingham. I ordered flowers very early in the morning after she was admitted - and tried to fill out the online "card". It wasn't working, so I had to skip it. The rest of the online procedure went fine and I tried to remind myself to call them back to fill out a card for me.

Well, after being swept into meetings all mornings at work, a very nice woman called ME and wanted to know if I wanted a card filled out, which she did.

It doesn't stop at that small act of thoughtful customer service.

My mom keeps raving how gorgeous these flowers they are, and how long they're lasting. Her roommate and all the nurses remark over how beautiful they are. My mom says that they put every kind of beautiful flower in there - and not all the "filler junk" other florists do. She told me she'll always buy her own flowers from here from now on.

To be clear, I did upgrade to the "deluxe" bouquet, but their "standard" versions...

I recently ordered flowers from Bra-Wey Florist for a special occasion. Although, I reviewed what I needed on the website I contacted the store to make sure the recipient received a beautiful arrangement. I spoke to one of the owners John. He was very professional and took pride from what he does and want his clients to have good experience. He went above and beyond by offering to type my message place it into an envelope and delivered it with the flowers since the message was too long for the small card. The arrangements were delivered on time and the recipient loves them. I also received an email from him to let me know my order was delivered. In my book, I call that excellent customer service. I will definitely purchase from him again and will refer family...

I originally called 1800 Flowers because we were out of the state and needed flowers sent immediately. After they accepted my payment they delayed delivery by two days and then said they would try again a few days later. I asked for a refund and immediately went on Google to try to locate a florist local to where I needed them delivered. It was such a blessing to have found BraWey Florist! I called as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning, explained my situation and they had flowers delivered that day by lunch! They were so helpful on picking an appropriate arrangement and the prices were so reasonable! It was such a pleasure being able to speak with someone and not have to do it online.
