I started looking at Bobās months ago to refurnish my home, and I put everything on my wish list and honestly forgot about it all. I shopped around a bit but nothing was exactly what I wanted. I went back to Bobs a few months later and luckily the pieces I wanted had gone on sale and I would save some money after waiting those few months to decide on the pieces I truly wanted, which the sales person replied with āwe wouldāve given you the difference within 40 daysā. so in other words, if I had purchased the item and it went on sale within 40 days, they wouldāve given me the difference, which is truly awesome. This is also the first major purchase Iām making as an adult. Iām only 35 and Iāve been without my parents for the last several years so when I say the team at Bobās went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything before signing, I mean I truly felt so comfortable in my decisions. No matter the question or concern I had, somebody was there with an answer, making sure I understood it all before walking out that door. My pieces will be delivered within 4 days of signing my leasing contract (I chose to finance to help my credit in the long run). If I decide what I chose was wrong, they will help me fix the problem(s), as long as itās within the first 3 days of receiving my items.

We purchased a couch and love seat back in October 2021.
It took so long to arrive that we actually had to purchase used furniture to hold us over for a few months.
When it finally arrived, they cut a slit along the front of one of the two pieces with a box cutter.
After three months they brought a replacement for that one out.
It took almost half a year to get everything even though we were told it would be much less and that the delivery date was guaranteed
Minimal apologies at the time, no refund on the expensive delivery, they only gave us two separate 100 dollar gift cards. They later tried to take one of the two away.

Fast forward to 1.5 or so years later. The furniture is EXTREMELY faded, the cushions are sunken in quite a bit. You can tell which three of the five seats are sat in. This stuff is extremely low quality.
About a month ago one of the recliners completely broke. Remembering the goof proof plan we purchased we went to initiate our warranty
After about 20 days of back and forward they denied the claim because we did not know what caused the damage. So we could not prove it was an accident. (?)

I was told my couch would be in late October and that it was too far to schedule delivery. I was okay with this. Then three days after the sale I get an email saying late November. Last week, I got another email saying Early November. Then a few days later another email saying Mid-March. I was quiet up until I got this notice about March 2022. I called customer support and she told me itās available to deliver in 4 days. The next day, today, I called to double check as I didnāt have anything in writing for my 10/8 delivery date. But this new lady confirmed that I spoke to someone yesterday and a delivery date was set for 10/8 and I was transferred to store level because it wasnāt on the schedule. I was then told that nothing is in and nothing can be delivered on Friday. This is my second time ordering from Bobs and each time Iāve had issues with delivery. Save your time and go somewhere else. I understand the pandemic but no need to keep telling me dates and then change it to next year after a month of waiting. This is ridiculous and I hope this saves someone elseās time then...
