False advertisement and information with their website and products.
Don’t put that I don’t owe a service fee on the website or when I place an order through the kiosks and then have your bud tenders spring an extra fee on top of the taxes when I go to pay for my stuff. Everything should be presented on what I actually owe when I select checkout to place my order.
Please explain how does my THC level go down with the same strain/grower between 2.86 and a 14.15? It makes 0 sense how the 2.86 has a higher potency level than 14.15 if it’s the same strain/grower. They should be at equal standings if anything.
Stop advertising and saying strains that patients are buying are “whole flower/big buds” when in fact they’re nothing but smalls and popcorn. I have purchased multiple different types of “whole flower” strains that have been offered and all of them have been disappointing. Thought the first one was a one off or fluke but then I bought 2 more and got the same disappointment smh.
All in all don’t tell me one thing when in all actuality it’s something completely different. Just like you would want to receive what you paid for as advertised so do we as patients...

There is so much empty and wasted space in there. You could hear your own footsteps echo, if it wasn't for the terrible music that was being played.
There is also at least a half dozen overly expensive kiosks with basic information about each product. The problem is these kiosks also waste space, and are as big as the display cases that are used for product. Would a poster on the wall, or a paper pamphlet have been too big of an inconvenience? It certainly would have been cheaper. Almost a third of the floor space is wasted on stupid merch like overpriced shirts, soaps, and bags. People do not come to a high class dispensery for that kind of overpriced crap.
Speaking of cheaper, the pricing is absolutely outrageous. Compare this place to something like House of Dank, which is right over the Michigan border. That place is maybe the size of a shipping container. They have 10x the product, in 1/10th of the space, for half the price.

Read moreWhen I arrived into the store, the check in lady didn’t say one word to me the whole time, and I can’t remember her even looking at me. I’m familiar with the process of purchasing from a dispensary, so I knew protocol and what to do, such as presenting my ID. But if I was a new customer, such a lack of professionalism and friendliness would have raised red flags for me. The guy checking me out, Jason H., I found to be rather disrespectful. There are respectful ways to address people, especially a customer in your store where you are simply employed, and Jason on three separate occasions just failed to be respectful, making me feel uncomfortable just by which language he was using. For a dispensary vibe that is techy and less personable, I expected the minimal human interactions at your location to have at least been respectful and cordial. This location will not have my business again, and they could do a lot...
