lululemon — Attraction in Whitehall

i dont typically like to leave reviews like this, but after thinking for about 3 hours on if i should write this review or not, i decided i should...so today my mom and i were at the mall looking for clothes for an upcoming trip to nyc, and for some new athletic clothing for ice skating lessons...i went out to lululemon strictly for the purpose of getting either the scuba sweatshirt or the define jacket... keep in mind, my size ranges from 14-18, and lululemon, like aerie and a few of my other favorite brands carry limited to very few of those sizes; ive never seen anything bigget than a 14 in lulu as a matter of fact. but anyways, i ask an employee where the scubas are after discovering that they dont have anything in any color of the define jacket in any size greater than a 12, as if them not carrying those sizes i store wasn't insulting enough, this happens next witch really upset me... i ask the employee where they have the scuba jackets.. she reply's showing me where they are and then proceeds to say"you might be looking for one of the more oversized jackets which would be over there."my mom kinda looked at me like "no way this lady just said that...safe to say i will not be returning to this store soon unless absolutely necessary... we left after she made this comment, and both talked about it in the car...from now on, i will be ordering my stuff on line since the sore is very unwelcoming to plus sized girls since the employees are rude to anyone who not a size 0-8, and the store refuses to carry even a couple bigger...

I was here on August 30th around 6pm. I went to try on 3 piece of clothing: 2 shorts, and 1 pair of legging. The girl that helped me only ask for my name so I entered the changing room while she wrote my name. After I finished trying out all the pieces I came out and was greeted by an older lady. She looked at the clothing I was holding and said where’s the fourth piece. I was so confuse because I only had 3 pieces of clothing to start with. She then continued in an accusing tone asking me where the fourth piece of clothing was while pointing at the “4” that was written NOT BY HER next to my name on the door. She then snatched all the clothes that I tried on although I said that I was gonna buy one of them. She then walked back to the checkout counter and started putting away all the clothes while ignoring me. I had told her that she can check all my stuff and the security camera if she needed or to ask the girl that had written my name down, but she continued to ignore me. This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Will not be returning to...

Small store that doesn't keep many styles and options in stock. The fitting room staff has been GREAT, but the clerks are dull and management is inconsistent.

Clerks were insistent on ordering several styles for me, asserting that they would arrive faster then if I ordered myself. Took almost two weeks to get the order AND items were not the size or style as expected. Awful experience trying to return to the store with management flip flopping on policies.

I would suggest ordering for yourself online and then work with the online customer service group if needed. Online experience is more pleasant and...
