GameStop — Attraction in Wichita Falls

Bought a Funko Mystery box tonight, opened it (btw thank you game stop for breaking the seal and opening it before I could) once getting to my car I opened it to see what I got, it was pretty awesome, till I saw one of the figures packaging was damaged and ripped open, sorry but I collect figures and rule one, if it's open, it's worthless to a collector. So I went back into the store to see if I can get a trade on the figure or atleast get a refund, no joke I walked back in there no more then 2 minutes after I got the box, I wasn't tryin to be rude but I just wanted what I paid for, end of story, the man there had NO customer service skills, lack of knowledge on just about everything related to my issue, in the end I was able to get a figure trade but the guy made me feel like my time and money was not of value to them. Thank goodness I live in Lawton cause our 3 stores rock and your 1 store is a hot mess and sucks at everything game related and customer service. Good luck staying...

I had such a great experience yesterday at your Wichita Falls location. Kiara and Andi went above and beyond the customer service expectations. I am not a gamer and my 9 year old son is new to gaming systems. We had an issue with a used gaming system that we purchased for him for Christmas from this location. We called them on Wednesday and they instructed us to bring it in. I took it in yesterday and they walked me through all of our issues. They took the time to explain a lot of things to me and also gave me advice on what to look for as a parent and how to have more parenteral control over what my child has access to. They lead these conversations without me asking but did so in a way that did not feel intrusive. I was very impressed with these two ladies. All while also handling other customers in the store. It's a pritty awsome place to get games and assessors for spisificly the ps3 but when it comes to almost everything else I go to game exchange for the price and how good the quality of the games and assessors are still In don't get me wrong I love game stop they got me out of a jam before like once I bought the call of duty blackops 3 veteran collector military coin walked out of the store and I kid you not I didn't step more than 2 steps and the coin dropped on to the road and was scrached and dented all over so I took it in side to ask if I could get a trade and I showed him the coin ... he walked over to the counter and handed me a new one so I thank you game stop I collect military coins so I hate when they are scrached and dented so they are better than most...
