Nacols Jewelry — Attraction in Wichita Falls

I have been a Nacols customer for almost a decade now. Visiting Jeff and his crew at their old location, and now at their wonderful new location. Recently my wife and I went in to have her wedding ring repaired because it looked like the the setting had collapsed(possibly from wear and tear/bumping it on something). Bianca looked at the ring for us and mentioned that it was out of warranty from the manufacturer. In an instant, Bianca had Jeff put his eyes on it and without hesitation, he said he would have it repaired for us at no cost. We were blown away by the dedication to their customers, by Jeff and his staff. Fast forward a handful of days later, and my wife picks up her ring and is beyond happy that it looks the same way it did on the day I gave it to her! While at the store, she browses around and looks for an additional band to add to her ring. She had mentioned to me over dinner that she had seen a couple that she liked. A couple of weeks go by and I stop in and ask for Bianca to assist me in finding the perfect band for my wife as a surprise(to signify welcoming our baby girl in August and completing our family). Bianca shows me the ones that my wife had liked and they were very nice, but I felt that they didn't do the occasion justice. We started looking at some eternity bands and we picked the perfect one. We had a 2.5 carat rose gold eternity band made. About 4 weeks later the ring arrives and WOW. My jaw dropped when I saw it. It was/is PERFECT. Bianca and Nacols knocked it out of the park AGAIN! My experience was definitely something to rave about! My son has been wanting this piece for a couple of years now, and we’ve gone to a few other locally owned jewelry stores, but the customer service we received was terrible. They were very rude, short, and didn’t take the time to speak with my son about the details of the piece he was wanting. Just offered him a catalog to look through, which didn’t have anything close to what he was wanting. I didn’t even know that Nacol’s did personalized pieces like this. Kenneth showed us great customer service from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. He took the time to talk with my son about the details of what he wanted, then he partnered with one of their jewelers and another associate to draw out exactly what my son wanted. Size and all! Angie also helped us out when we went back to place our order. She was so patient with us, listened to all requests that we had, and even helped my son pick out a chain.
