SunCrest Market — Attraction in Wildwood Crest

I want to like this place because it’s quaint and it doesn’t seem like some rich guy fleecing you BUT… I ordered a bagel toasted with extra butter. The bagel may have passed through the same kitchen as the butter, but they never came in contact. I got to the register and got charged $13 for a 16 ounce propel and a bagel with butter. I sat outside, looked at the menu and realized that she had charged me for a breakfast sandwich. When I went back in and told the cashier, she looked at me like any normal 14-year-old girl who doesn’t wan to be where she was. I got a barely audible, “ugh”. Maybe she didn’t know what to do? I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just moved along.

It’s very disappointing. What a way to F up a Sunday morning.

Staff is very friendly. The market is under new management, and definitely have some kinks to work out. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, and while the amount of eggs were sufficient, there was only one thin slice of pork roll on the sandwich, but freaky enough to call it a meat, egg and cheese sandwich. There were a lot of people working on the same orders, and things were taking a long time to come out. This is normally my go to spot on vacation, and we will definitely give it another chance. Hopefully some of the kinks...

Heard some great things about this place so my wife and I decided to order a couple of cheesesteaks the other night. They were above and beyond my expectations. Loaded with meat and great tasting rolls. Met the new owners, Tom and Honor. They were super nice as well. You can tell they really care and are trying to do things the right way.
