Garden Nails & Spa — Attraction in Wilmington

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to but there's a thing that I have that it's a little bit hard to put a nail on but everywhere I go everybody always seems to do it beautifully without no problem right away the man in there said oh no no I can't do that he didn't even try he was more worried about getting me done so he could do the other people that was coming in what he did finish he said okay wash your hands you can go the finger daddy wouldn't put the nail on he just left it playing I said aren't you going to polish it at least oh yeah yeah so he got mad so then he kept grabbing my hand pulling it forward yanking it he didn't talk to me not one time but as soon as he was done with me the girl that he was getting ready to do he was talking to her the whole time he was very rude they charged me $75 and they didn't even do all 10 now Stanley didn't nine I was very disappointed and just because I closed my eyes he yelled at me no go to sleep you go to sleep you mess up I'm paying them he's not paying me but he was very rude and I would never go back to them again never and I would never tell anybody about that place except...

I don't like leaving not so good reviews but I want to share my experience at Garden nails. I enjoyed my mani and pedi. I loved my nails when we got done. I got gel nails. Within 3 days, the gel started to lift/chip. I went back to have them fix the nails because they should last me 2 weeks right. They filed them down a little and put another top coat on. I accepted it but would have liked them redone. It has been less than a week and the nails still chipped even with the fix they did. Unfortunately I probably will not come back. $30 is alot for nails that don't last.

Update: I am going on vacation and wanted them fixed before I left. Unfortunately the only time i had was on Tuesday and the process that happened didn't prevent nails from peeling off. They still look good for the most part but...

I checked my friend in and myself on the machine including all the services each was supposed to receive. Apparently they don’t check the machine before moving on to the next person. I also told them I wanted a full set and pedicure and my friend just a full set. They claim they are to busy to check the machine they use to figure out what services people want when there was only four customers including myself and my friend. Point is that they could only do my pedicure because they only heard me say my friend wanted the full set when I checked in the machine for a pedicure, full set, and waxing. When they were done with my pedicure that they did first they told me someone else that walked in after me was first because they don’t check the machine they do word of mouth. What is the...
