If your from out of town i wouldn't recommend dealing with them . Im from Newark N.J and i have bought furniture from them at least three times ,recommended by a family member who distracted me from my intended destination The Atrium High Point and Furnitureland in Jamestown . I hate to go racial but ,When i had white drivers on the first 2 deliveries i got white glove service on time delivers no problems . The last purchase in Dec over $3200.00 was delivered in March after the snow storms at 9:45 pm and left in my yard because he didn't take the time to see if the piece would come thru my front door . To make matters worse he told my son to tell me the delivery was on him . I had a picture which was damaged and i think they sent it damaged because when i unwrapped it the large chip that was missing from the pic wasn't in the blanket it was wrapped and taped in . A night stand was cracked in the box . When i called the next day she blasted me saying the driver told her he left because there was a lot of yelling ,screaming and cursing going on and he did'nt know if it was due to drugs or alcohol ,as he totally didn't want to hear anything i gads to say , refused o return my calls and told me she wouldn't exchange my furniture because i didn't pay the freight and she knew i didn't refuse to pay the delivery charges. Whewn the driver got nasty with me telling me he was gonna take the dresser back i told him he would have to take the whole set back .when he said he wasn't bringing it up the back steps .I said here we go when the white boys delivered they made it happen . He went downstairs and never came back. I had to put the damaged goods in my truck and take them back to the store with the police before she would exchange the nightstand and ii still have the broken picture . I swear to God on my dead mother and father the new nightstand is also chipped but i will never set foot in that store again neither will my relatives . I order a week before my delivery date and was told I would had it all. comes to deliver my furnitures they have everything but two items then the delivery guy put holes in my wall and never said anything me or tr even apologize to me but I see them work really hard,so I didn’t make big deals of it then tip them $60 And not even call to the t owner and make any complaint about it .    Read moreWe found this place today while furniture shopping. We have looked everywhere and didnt know where else to go and spotted this place right across the street from where we were leaving! I saw some.bad reviews when I came here to leave mine so thought I'd share my experience. First we were greeted by all when we walked in. Then we were told where we would find items (living room, dining room, bed room etc.). We looked around and yes there is some clutter but that's kind of what you expect if you have done as much thrift and antique shopping as I have. Low and behold we found it! Exactly what we had been looking for! It had been marked originally over $1000 down to just over $600 then down to $495. We asked if that was the lowest price. The lady asked and said no I'm sorry that's as low as they will go on that item. So we paid and were getting it ready to load in the vehicle when the man that rang us up said I didnt see those scratches let me refund $50 to you! Unbelievable, I mean we saw the scratches, he didn't have to do that! In my opinion that's above and beyond customer service! They couldn't locate the guy that helps load the furniture but it was no issue for us. We left so happy with a quality piece...
