I've been here several times with no issue. Tonight, however, the projector broke and we were unable to see the Incredibles 2. The owner/manager guy was very apologetic and gave people the option to see another movie that had already started or to receive a refund on tickets. Since the other movies were already 20 minutes in, we decided to just cut our losses and get our refund. The hang up we had was that we spent $18 on concessions that we otherwise could have spent much less at a gas station for the same product...and we were just going to go home. We had a conversation about whether to ask for a refund on concessions outside and my boyfriend approached the lady in the ticket booth. She was rude the entire interaction. I can understand the losses that they have suffered tonight and the amount of money they will need to spend on repairs, but there was no reason to be as rude as she was. We would have accepted half of the concession price gladly, considering we had already started eating the popcorn and drinking the beverages. Her attitude, however, was so off-putting that we took the money she begrudgingly handed to us and walked away. As we turned to leave, she loudly exclaimed "That sucks!" And when we asked her to repeat it, she told us to have a great night with a smile and tone you would use for someone you hated, yet were expected to be nice to. The movie theater is not bad, but I feel bad putting any money into her pocket, as I can only assume she was part owner or manager of...

I use to love going there until one time transaide dropped me off early ... about 45 minutes. Sometimes there are a lot of riders on Transaide...& Other days none but me. When that happens I arrive very early to my appointments. I have no alternative transportation. I m in a wheelchair n unable to go far. So when the owner, came outdoors ....I said I was cold n asked if I could wait inside. It was winter time and I was very cold. He grumbled yes then proceeded to tell me how I should not arrive early and expect them to open up so I cud sit inside. I had always bragged about this cinema b4 that day. b4 they were always very friendly. I told many of my friends about how nice it was there and friendly. My friends started going there. They especially liked the Tuesday nite discounts. I went a few more times and felt I was imposing due to the attitude of the manager. So I haven't been back in years. I.m not easily offended & always give ppl a 2nd chance,...but after the last few times....& How uncomfortable I felt....I have not returned in years. The wife who is also an owner...

We haven't been to this theater in years until today..It used to be dirty and run down and those attending appeared less than desirable...We wouldn't even consider going to it...That has definitely changed now! The place appears completely remodeled and was super clean...The employees were courteous and the prices were amazing! $20 for everything! 2 tickets , popcorn, soda and candy was more a bargain than I imagined I'd see again..Its not stadium seating, reclining chairs ,IMAX or alllll the luxurious options we've became accustomed to...However, a theater that will offer independent films as well as the almost first run variety is welcome to me...My wife , who is very picky about the cleanliness and security of the theaters we visit, was very apprehensive before we went today...She was pleasantly surprised and agreed we'd be visiting again...Give them a chance to show you what we...
