Cindy just did my brows and she left me looking right! They're the highest quality$15 brows in Orlando. I would definitely recommend them UPDATE: I scheduled an appointment with Cindy, got there and a black woman (I didn't catch her name) told me that Cindy had gone home but she could do them. I wish they had called me to tell me she wasnt there, but I agreed and I specifically said I like them as thick as possible and I'm growing them out more. This women cut my eyebrow hairs so short, thinned them out so much and didn't let the wax fully dry before pulling so I had so much pieces of wax still on my face. And she missed huge patches of hair on both brows I had to tell her to go back and do. I walked out of them with my eyebrows looking do uneven and patchy. This is the worst my brows have looked from going somewhere professional like this. I'm so disappointed, I have to grow them out for a month or more to get them back to where they were. That's why I requested Cindy! She took time with her work and knows exactly how to get them where...

I’ve been coming to this place for the past 4 months and I like their wax and their customer service. They don’t talk to me during the session or try to sell you any extra service which is great for me because I don’t like to feel compromised to get something I don’t want or just uncomfortable and saying no to offers. I have not waited more than 5mins when I’m on time for my appointment (I always make an appointment) and I think prices are fair. Plenty of parking in the back and the area is nice and quiet. This place is in the second floor, towards the back of the building and I don’t remember if there is an elevator. I’ll update this review next time I visit them.

Update: I have confirmed that they don’t have an elevator.

I’ve been waxing here for a little over a year now and I love the service provided by all of their staff! Not a single complaint since I’ve been coming here. Sometimes I even make last minute appointments for same day appointments and if they have availability, they accommodate it and my skin...

This was my very first experience at Absolute, although I have been getting waxed for a few years now. Having just moved to the area, I miscalculated the amount of time it would take me to get there. I called to reschedule and they were very gracious and more than willing to work me in. Parking was a little tricky as I was unfamiliar with the area, but overall was not too difficult. I had a Brazilian wax and had forgotten to ask to have my eye brows and lip waxed as well. When my Brazilian was finished, I asked if I could get my eyebrows and lips waxed as well. After ensuring that the next client was not yet ready, they graciously obliged. I felt very comfortable and never felt that I was a burden even after my series of mistakes.
