STS Electronic Recycling — Attraction in Winter Park

The guys were efficient and friendly. Everything went very well. One complaint, however. . . Unrelated to the workers and their jobs. . . There was one piece of equipment that one of the guys would have liked to have but policy denied us the ability to give it to them. Please put in place a policy change where they can receive items personally, with maybe a permission form with the agreement that the item is NOT for sale, but for personal use only. I am sure there are items that are sent to recycling that are, in many cases new or lighty used and if the guys want them, make provision for them to be able to obtain them. Our Store Had an abundance of old PC's, keyboards, printers and monitors. I reached out to them on the email on their website. STS emailed me back the same day with their request form. It was less than a week and STS's employee Edward B. communicated via email that they would be in Orlando to pick up our pallet of old computer equipment.
