I visited this location tonight, at 8pm and I’d like to start of by saying that the store is absolutely beautiful and laid out very well. I walked in and I passed by four employees and not one asked me if I needed help. By the time I got to the second floor in the soccer section I asked a young guy for pricing on a pair of cleats that wasn’t marked and he was very polite. He left and for about 15 minutes not one employee in sight, and not many customers in the store. I walked down to the other side and asked two employees standing next to each other for help. One said he would call someone over to the shoe section. When I got to the section, no one was there but i saw I Jeff walking by and I asked him for help and he actually took the time out to help me. The cleats that I wanted was not marked correctly but he got to the bottom of it and helped me get the correct size. He later saw me downstairs and even followed up with me to ask if I found everything okay. That’s professionalism. Jeff and the young man with the glasses in the soccer section were both very helpful. But when I got to register the young lady ringing me up was extremely unprofessional. It was about 8:50, there was no one behind me on line. Denissa rang me up, asked if I wanted to use my $10 discount, I said yes. She asked if I would be paying cash or card. I explained that I have an e gift card and had a problem figuring out how to pull it up. She rolled her eyes, huffed and puffed and starting chatting with her coworkers behind her. Two young men, and another young lady name Gabby. I apologized for the inconvenience and my ignorance for not knowing how to pull up the card. She then starts to complain to her coworkers that she wants to hurry up and close because they’re responsible for straightening up after the store is closes, then proceed to complain about what time she will be getting home tonight after leaving work so late. Just overall very inconsiderate of how she would make me feel as possibly the last customer in the store. I completed my transaction at 8:57 three minutes before closing. Again there was no one else on the line so I couldn’t understand her rude attitude. After I finished paying I asked if she could please pump the soccer ball that I just purchased and she responded ā€œwhat do you meanā€ I repeated that the ball needs air and that the young man upstairs said that the cashiers would pump it for me at checkout. She looked at me if I disgusted her by asking her to put air in the ball. Gabby walked over and took the ball and started pumping. I appreciate her effort but even she seem to have a bit of an attitude. She asked me to put my cart back and I did, but with two bags in my hand, and my phone in the other I was unable to put the cart back correctly. She walked over with a disgusted look on her face and slammed the cart in and looked at me as if I kissed her off. Overall the checkout experience really ruined my visit to this place. I couldn’t believe how I was made to feel…. I can’t remember going to an establishment with kids that were so rude and unprofessional. Just totally uncalled for… Both young Ladies need to be retrained and taught to be respectful towards paying customers

On Wednesday, October 4 was checking online for a pair of Michael Jordan sneakers. I noticed that the Woodbridge store in Nj which is a hour and 20 mins from Philadelphia store had one pair in a size 14 that is very hard to come by. I call the store talk to the staff at the store after checking with the sneaker dept they said they had them I ask could they hold them for me . They said yes . I was able to make it to the store. Try them on and purchased the sneakers a store with this great customer service staff I was greatly appreciative of what they did for me if they're ever in Philadelphia cheesesteaks over me.

The footwear department could be run better. They have a great customer assistance concept in place but need better staff to implement it. It is not very wheelchair or lower mobility disability friendly either. Aisles are either narrow or have debris and product littering the ground. The staff that watched us struggle did not seem concerned. DO NOT PURCHASE DRINKS FROM HERE Below are pictures of the MOLD inside of the beverage refrigerator. You may not be directly ingesting the mold, but you are touching it and may inadvertently touch food, your face, eyes, or mouth.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dick’s Sporting Goods location in Woodbridge, specifically involving the store manager, Rick. I purchased a pair of $180 on clouds after explaining to the sales representative the type of support I needed. I was assured that the shoes would meet my requirements. However, after wearing them for less than an hour, I experienced severe discomfort. The back of the shoe was cutting into my Achilles tendon, making them unwearable.

When I attempted to return the shoes, Rick flatly refused to accept them, citing what he called ā€œdirtā€ on the bottom of the shoes. In reality, it was hardly dirt—just minor dust from briefly trying them out. Rick stated that accepting the return would be a ā€œlossā€ for the store, yet he expected me to take a $180 loss on shoes that caused me pain and didn’t meet my needs. His solution? Clean the shoes and try to bring them back, which was both dismissive and unhelpful.

To make matters worse, Rick lectured me about how, if I ran a business, I couldn’t afford to operate like that, implying that his refusal to honor the return policy was justified. This entire interaction left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.

I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve an issue caused by being misled about the product’s suitability. I had intended to purchase another pair of shoes that would actually work for me, but now I am left questioning if I should ever shop at Dick’s Sporting Goods again.

This experience has soured my trust in the brand and the Woodbridge location. Customers deserve better than being blamed for a store’s unwillingness to stand by their products and provide...

I generally don't write google reviews, never negative at that. But this place was so horrible, and insulting, that I had to. We went there today to exchange something for my husband. While there, I decided to try a couple of their swimsuits, they were $78 each but because I swim regularly I was okay with spending if it's good quality. Their fitting rooms are tough to find, and someone has to unlock it even if you do. Saw this associate (the store was pretty empty for a July 4th sale - there were only a couple more people in the entire floor) and said 'excuse me', she literally raised her finger at me in a sign to keep quiet with the other hand on her bluetooth (some earth shattering conversation she was having I guess) and then just WALKED AWAY!!! It was so insulting...so I put back the $160 worth goods I was going to buy, and went to the checking line to get over with the exchange. There the guy asked us to sign up for rewards and we told him we don't want to because we are never coming back and narrated our experience - the guy just gave us a blank look! No 'I'm sorry you had such an experience' nothing!!!! That's a pretty interesting expectation that you pay for their pricey items and be insulted while you're at it! HORRIBLE...
