My son had his birthday party here. The party packages offered are good. I took the VIP package where they did all the setup of decorations, goodies bags, and provided pizza and beverages for all in the party. I was very pleased with this option as all I had to do was show up with the birthday child. The place is more geared towards kids 6 years old and under. My son was 5, so he thoroughly enjoyed the play time on the equipment along with our party guests. A few peeves that ruined the experience, and I do hope the owner takes into full consideration going forward. Upon planning the party, I had to constantly reach out and visit the location in person to verify that my reservation was solid and that all information required for the party was taken. This was not done upfront when I paid the deposit. 2 days before the party, I was able to get active communication from the venue confirming all information. I reserved for 16 individuals and then asked if potentially I could add 2 additional kids. It was confirmed that if I needed to add I could but would need to let them know, no further discussion was made as I did not need to add the additional kids. On the day of the party, they tried to charge for unconfirmed totals even though I had it in written format the number of kid guests I was expecting, which was 16. Very poor here. Secondly, two very young children ran out of the venue and into the mall to much distress of the parents. They had 2 workers at the front manning the store. I strongly believe there should be some sort of gate or an additional person at the door to ensure babies do not run out without a parent behind them. The 2 workers were simply there to collect money and showed no concern when informed of a baby missing. While a venue has limited liability, the fact that there were 2 individuals at the door is no excuse for children bolting out. It gives the impression that they do not have any regard. After the parent argued with the manager for some time, they decided to forgo charging me for the unconfirmed total and only charge for the confirmed total guests. This wasn't a remedy as I should not have been charged for 18 to begin with. They offered 1 free park pass to the distraught parent as a way of apology. In all, the only good here was my son and his friends enjoyed themselves, which was good, but the policies in place are very lackluster and disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be...
Read moreI have been here before and noticed an issue each time. There is a small section to the left for children 1-3 and the workers are not attentive to the area. Today was the worst I've seen it. My son (who is 1) & another little boy who looked about 1 as well could barely play with anything because the area was full of older kids. This is something that needs to be monitored. I brought it to the attention of the worker and he did not seem to care. There were about 8 older kids in there ranging from 6 - 10 years old. All were wild - jumping, running, playing on the slide area, and my son is just learning to walk so you can imagine me trying to chase him with a group of older kids running rampant in there. I asked a few of the older kids if they could go back to the big area while my son was in there and they told me ânoâ so I asked them to be careful because he's just a baby and they ignored me and made comments towards me. I will not be returning to this location. I am VERY concerned for the safety of young children in that area since there seems to be âno rulesâ - even though there are signs. If the children wonât follow the rules and their parents are going to be on their phones the whole time ignoring them, then a worker needs to be supervising the play areas. It is honestly so disgusting the way that place is being run. I am also very disappointed that I wasted $20 for my son to not even get to enjoy our last day off before the school year/day care starts. I could not get a credit or refund so i left because it was becoming a dangerous situation for...
Read moreOne thing you should know about this place is that they do not have a bathroom⌠which makes no sense because thereâs a bunch of kids coming here and yet they donât have a bathroom. I asked them a year ago when they will open a bathroom and some guy said theyâre ârenovatingâ it, itâs been a year later thereâs still no bathroom. If you or your child need to use the restroom, you have to go to the JCPenney across this place. My childâs foot was injured because there was a parent riding the childrenâs bicyclesâŚ.and the owner did not care, I asked for ice and they said they donât have anything. First of all why is an adult riding the childrenâs bike and staff isnât saying anything about it? There are kids who climb the playground and jump off high places but staff does not care at all, they donât supervise anything. The two workers that are there on some days that I go, Zach and Burcu, are amazing workers that always greet us with a warm welcome. The other issue I have with this place is that they have toys placed at the front and theyâre pretty low so your child can just grab and take it, and then you have to pay for it. Iâm already paying for the kids coming here, now I gotta pay for an overpriced toy that you purposely left at that spot for kids to just grab and goâŚoverall, not...
