I took my daughter to this place. Some young lady cut her hair there. After leaving a big tip for her I left the place. When my daughter washed her hair at home I combed it for her and noticed scattered chopped half inch hair strands. If someone sits behind her in class they may possibly be distracted by her chopped half inch scattered strands which make absolutely no sense. Iām not sure how they think itās ok to do this to a teenager who can get bullied or made fun of. This was seriously sad!! Iām still confused as to why that young woman did this to my daughter hair. My son asked me why I didnāt stand there and watch, I never thought I needed to stand next to her and watch the woman cut hair and make the woman feel awkward while she was doing her job. I am so confused!! Visualize this.. long hair and random half in strands standing on her head like fresh cut grass standing up high in even bulks. Why did she do this? I can see random half inch hairs standing up on her head. Itās like a girls hair cut with random #3 from the razor machine strands standing up.
My little son went there too and an older woman cut his hair. I told her to cut it the same exact way but shorter. She literally cut his hair in layers so much that I can see his ears. She was supposed to round cut his hair not layer it short. If these women donāt want to cut hairs they should find another job. I spent so much money for this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSince the Supercuts site will not accept reviews I decided to post my review here instead. I went in without an appointment before Easter weekend & was told that they might not be able to fit me in which seemed reasonable because it was a Holiday so I waited patiently. There were two stylists & one blowdrying Indian hair smoking up the entire salon to where I couldn't even see two feet in front of me. The entire time I sat there in the fog & only one guy appeared & he was also a walk-in. They didn't wash my hair properly underneath in the neck area & didn't do much massaging of the scalp either. The haircut came out average, but she said she didn't have time to blowdry my fine hair which would take a total of 4 minutes so I left with a partially clean & partially wet head. I tipped her $9 for a $45 cut. I was very disappointed! I am not the only one this happened to as my own Mother came home with a wet head and I couldn't believe this happened so I tried it myself. This was just beyond unprofessional. Who would ever deny someone a simple blowdry. Just disgusting and I am surprised they are even still in business. Do BETTER. This is not what I expect from a hair salon. I will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreComing here at first, I was skeptical as I had gotten my hair ruined by someone at a Supercuts a few years ago, but the reviews here and my boyfriend insisted that I go to Bobbi. So I did just that, and today was my third time coming to her. I am so happy to have found another professional hairdresser who is kind, patient, understanding, and who I donāt have to break the bank for! I am someone who is typically very anxious and nervous when getting my haircut (due to said traumatizing experience!!), I try to verbalize to the best of my ability what I want, and I even provide several photos as I fear being misinterpreted or misunderstood. Bobbi doesnāt need all of this, and even when I am lost for words or only have a single picture that really captures what I want, she is able to work with me and make it happen. The best thing about her is that she knows that sometimes what I want isnāt exactly what I need; she knows what will look best for my face or what will work given my hair type (and she knows how to explain this in a way that makes sense) - this is what ALL hairdressers should do!! I feel so safe and so comfortable coming to Bobbi, so I hope she does not go anywhere...
