Horrible experience last night. Back in 2003 I worked at the Carmax in Dulles. So I referred my friend with high expectations of the quality of customer care she would experience.I was on the phone with my friend Arianna Rivera. She got there an hour before closing time. I told her she would be fine because back when I worked for Carmax, the late night BOA couldnât leave until the last possible customer was gone. From the moment she walked in she wasnât taking serious. Her car was appraised slowly. The first car she was shown for 20 min fell in love with it, and then was told âoh this isnât availableâ. She was then shown another car, liked it so now the credit process begins. It wasnât until her credit came back at an amazing score she was taking serious. Now sheâs told come back tomorrow no one was there to test drive the car she had appraised. This should have already been done if she was taken serious at a crunch time closing hour. Then a Buyer said he had no problem, doing the test drive, but she was then told the BOAâs have kids no one wants to stay. She told them 3 times if I leave Iâm not coming back. The salesman Shobon said he canât believe they are letting her walk out. They told her come back tomorrow mind you she came in driving on a donut. She said I wonât be back. They then had the audacity to put the car on hold anyway, and schedule her for a 10am appointment. News flash Manager on duty 4/28/21 @ 9:30pm she bought her car at another location. Itâs sad a great salesman lost out on a great deal because Carmax has gotten so comfortable with...
Read moreWoodbridge Center Mall, located in Woodbridge, New Jersey, is a large shopping destination offering a variety of stores and services. The mall features a mix of popular national retailers, specialty stores, and a decent food court. Its anchor stores include Macy's, JCPenney, Dickâs sporting goods and Boscovâs It also offers a selection of dining options, including fast food chick fil A, star bucks, Dunkin Donuts restaurants.
In terms of overall experience, the mall is generally well-maintained, though it can feel a bit dated in certain areas. The layout is spacious, with ample parking available, and it tends to attract a good mix of shoppers, particularly on weekends. However, some visits we have noted that it can get crowded during peak hours, weekends and it could benefit from some modernization in terms of aesthetics and amenities.
The entertainment options are somewhat limited, with the exception of a small arcade and occasional events, but the mall does host seasonal activities, especially around holidays. For convenience, itâs a good spot for quick shopping trips, but if youâre looking for a high-end or boutique experience, you might need to go elsewhere
In short, Woodbridge Center Mall offers a solid shopping experience with a variety of stores and services, but it may not stand out compared to newer or more upscale malls in the area which is...

Two of the major stores (Sears and lord and Taylor)are just gone. Two of the major entrances to the mall just arenât there anymore and there has been no replacements.
There also isnât any real food court in the mall. Instead you just have different restaurants sortve scattered around everywhere. If you want chic fil a, but your friends want king chef (Chinese food), you would need to hike across the mall. This makes it a bit harder for groups to go here because different food preferences mean hiking all around the mall before sitting down to eat.
The good:
While these are some major negatives, this mall has some major positives two. Sea quest is an amazing experience. It is unique to me to have an Aquarium in a mall and this is a first for Woodbridge center. The aquarium alone is worth the trip. Dave and busters is also a good place to visit for some good fun. These two major attractions are signs that there may still be hope for Woodbridge center. A move to make the food more centralized would really do wonders...
